DentRight Dental San Antonio

I DO NOT recommend this dentist.. Dr Pham sold the building, I guess along with patient files.. and If you google Dr Pham .. she’s still under his name and reviews..I went ahead and tried this dentist for convenience because it was closer than the Nacogdoches location and I was not happy at all. I went in for a filling refill on my two front teeth and I don’t know what she did first off. Her x-ray machine wasn’t working properly. She worked on my teeth without seeing anything on the x-rays just baffles me, but she’s the dentist. I thought I knew what she was doing. I had a permanent retainer that busted off so I had to cement that I wanted removed but she took off a little bit too much and while she’s sanding away or whatever it is, she was doing she tells me “oh you’re gonna need 2 cap now” and just like that she was with her camera and taking all pictures for insurance approval. This was all before telling me anything that it was a possibility I may need two caps not one but two I am not happy at all… I feel she messed up my teeth and now I have no choice but now from what I hear.. I tried to set up an appointment with Dr. Pham and I am unable to do because she will sue him if he takes any of his patients back.. ONE time I went to see and that’s all it took.. IF YOU BEEN A LONG TIME PATIENT OF DR PHAM DO NOT SEE HER BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GO BACK.. she will not force me to stay with her .. now I have to build my trust with another dentist. She is not an experienced dentist and if she has to sue then there’s an issue.

Very good experience staff always so welcoming. Dr. J is such a great Doctor and love how she is very informative! 100% recommend! I ALWAYS LEAVE WITH A SMILE! SUCH A WONDERFUL OFFICE!

Staff is second to none. Always smiling and willing to help. Extremely welcoming and accommodating. They show you exactly what they see!!! Extremely transparent. Awesome Dentist and amazing staff! Highly recommend.

I just had an amazing experience at Dr J office. One would never think to say those words from a Dentist office. I was given my opinions, they explained without looking at the time so I never felt rushed. This office was very professional. The Dr was incredible in every aspect that you expect a dentist to be. Her knowledge her knowledge of her craft and the preventive does she thrives on is what every patient needs. Why wait for the disaster when you can prevent it. I would highly recommend for you to have Dr J help you save your teeth.

This business used to be "Pham Family Dentistry". Apparently, Pham sold and/or vacated this location about a year or so ago, and the business is now named "DentRight Dental". I'd give "DentRight Dental" 0 stars if I could because they did something that I consider a privacy violation, whether it's legal or not. I've never been to this location since it became "DentRight Dental", but they sure have contacted me a lot, asking me to schedule my next appointment. Seems that when the business changed hands, "Pham Family Dentistry" gave and/or sold all the customer records to "DentRight Dental". If "Pham Family Dentistry" no longer existed after the change, I wouldn't have been so concerned; however, "Pham Family Dentistry", at the time of the switch, still had their location on Nacogdoches Road on the northeast side of San Antonio. In addition, I was never sent any type of email or text from the "DentRight Dental" company after the change stating that they took over this location, so when they just almost suddenly asked me via text to schedule my next appointment without explaining the business switch, it was quite alarming. (It also seems that "DentRight Dental" acquired only the records of the visits that happened with "Pham Family Dentistry" at the acquired location, so they stated I had not been "there" ... as in "Pham Family Dentistry" ... in a few years, which was not true since I used to alternate between both locations.) In addition, rather than "Pham Family Dentistry" closing on Google and then "DentRight Dental" creating a "new business" on Google, "DentRight Dental" took over and renamed this listing for "Pham Family Dentistry" on Google, meaning that most reviews for this business that are over a year old refer to "Pham Family Dentistry", not "DentRight Dental". (Seen this happen before with other businesses on Google; it's quite shady since it doesn't reflect the true rating of the business since they "inherited" the old reviews that do not reflect the current business.) I'd recommend keeping this in mind when reading reviews from over a year ago since they do not apply to the business currently at this location.
