Dentologie - West Loop

Dr. Badat was so nice and explained everything. All my questions were answered and I love that I didn’t feel rushed and he went through each step of my treatment plan. Probably the best dentist appointment I have ever had. Everyone at the office was so kind and kept asking if I had questions along the way. The front desk girl was awesome and very personable! She made sure to accommodate my schedule and helped set up my referrals (I wish I remembered her name!). The office is so aesthetically pleasing and very clean! I would recommend this office to any and everyone and I can’t believe to say I’m looking forward to my next dentist appointment!

I changed my dental firm since the previous one was overcharging me on the claims. But boy oh boy was I in for a surprise. These guys make the previous place look angelic. If there ever needed to be course on how NOT to be transparent with the client, this team would win it BIG! They told me I owed nothing for my first visit. When i got the EOB from my insurance, it told me otherwise. They signed me up a two-part deep cleaning and saying all I will need to pay is $25. I asked them repeatedly regarding this and they said yes. Now when the claim has come from the insurance it turns out I owe them $400 dollars since insurance is refusing to cover the deep cleaning. I had explicitly told the doctor and his assistant that I had gotten deep cleaning done last year. Insurance is saying they can't cover it since i got it done last year. They didn't even feel the need to check the info and provided me inaccurate information. I conveyed my concerns to them over the number they were communicating with me on but there has been radio silence from them. However, they are still trying to get me to reschedule for part 2 of the deep cleaning. I expected better from them based on the reviews I saw on google. I looked again and now realize they have multiple 1 star reviews as well. I was on the market for a new dentist place and while I am no closer to finding that place yet, one thing is absolutely clear to me. This is NOT the place. Whitney did my dental cleaning and showed great knowledge and professionalism! She explained what was going to happen during the appointment, consistently checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay, and made the experience very positive. I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen right away. At the end of the appointment, Whitney scheduled my next one seamlessly.

I cannot recommend Dentologie West Loop enough. My experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff are very approachable, friendly, and communicative. They welcome questions and will explain with great patience. I could also sense that they enjoy their work from their friendly banter with one another. It makes customers feel comfortable and at ease. (Thanks Briana!) I love getting my bi-annual teeth cleaning done by Stephanie. She is easy to chat with and always does a very thorough job taking care of my teeth. She's the main reason why I keep coming back! During my Invisalign consultation this time, Gabbie made me feel comfortable and Dr Reema Busoul is very informative with the treatment explanation.

I appreciated that everyone treated me with kindness. I haven't been taking care of my teeth so it was nice to not feel judged. Everyone was very good at explaining what was happening and why, and clearly laid out my next steps to start taking better care of my teeth and gums. The front staff were also very helpful in understanding insurance and cost.
