Overall experience was amazing - customer service was gentle and friendly, my dentist was professional, personable, and highly efficient as well as my technicians. I haven't had a more pleasant experience at a dentist than here. I’ve been here 3 times in a month due to emergency crowning and after a great experience I went back for my annual exams/cleaning too. Definitely feel like I’ve found my new dental office. ☺️

I went here when they opened and had a lovely experience, then was told I needed a crown, didn't tell me the cost before doing anything, I have been left with a massive bill that my insurance hardly even covered. This company does not have the patient in mind, they are in it for the money. They keep trying to get me to come in for another cleaning, trust lost, not a chance I'll ever go back. I've learned a valuable lesson with this company.

New to Chicago and found this Dentist because it was close, glad I did! The team has been great, the facility is very clean and well kept! They have treated me wonderful and have great follow up and communications. I would like a special shout out to Dr Peyjam whom has a great personality and was very kind to me while I was a big baby for a tooth extraction! Can't recommend this dentist enough!

I highly recommend Dentologie. There is no one better than Dr. Oh! Truly, he is a gift to the world dentistry. He is professional, thorough and his attention to detail is unparalleled; not to mention the skill and craftsmanship! I don't know the name of the folks who create the crowns themselves, but they're artists...I can't even tell which tooth is the fake one. The practice is pretty large so the appt center can be a little chaotic at times, but not enough to ruin my experience with the actual treatment, which is the whole reason I'm there. If you're looking for a new dentist or place to get work done, you're in good hands here.

Booked an appointment after having an emergency during a business trip. Not only was i able to schedule a last minute appointment, I was also treated with care and great attention. Dr. Oh enabled me to get an appointment for a root canal on the same day. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and empathetic. Highly recommend!
