Dentologie - Gold Coast

Dr. Lisa was so amazing! I have been putting off going to the dentist for years. Dentologie allows you to book appointments online, which I found easiest. There are multiple locations in the city, which was why I chose Dentologie. The Gold Coast location was very clean and cute. Service and staff have been wonderful this whole experience, with booking and following up. Dr. Lisa was super nice, really helpful, and very thorough. She made me feel at ease and gave me the reassurance that i needed, since I told her I was scared and nervous about not having a dental exam in years. She explained to me how the appointment would be laid out, and really explained and talked me through everything they were doing and why. Dr. Lisa has great attention to detail and was able to properly assess my dental health needs. I will be coming back regularly to stay on top of keeping my teeth healthy. I really feel like this was a great re-introductory to coming back to the dentist. The education I received has encouraged me to take back my dental health.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years and I knew there were some issues with my teeth. I was very nervous going into my appointment, but my dental team was very kind and very straightforward. There was no judgement or lectures like I had worried, just genuine care for my dental health and a mutual desire to get my dental health back on track. It was a fantastic experience much in part to the amazing staff.

Super Time efficient - I requested for an appointment for a teeth cleaning on Thursday, had one available on the following day (Friday), had my teeth cleaning and deep cleaning done, same day! Super time efficient for a new patient! Setting up your account online was fast..just filed out the 2 forms before you come to save you time. Staff - was Awesome! Especially Ashley C. (We're already bestfriend!), Jennifer (hygienist) was very good in her job. Dr. Fair was nice and good at his job too. Thank you for taking good care of me. Easy check out. Nice receptionist - Bruce! Fun Atmosphere!!! Wearing the glasses makes the TV on the ceiling and on the wall looks like a 3D movie.

Best Dental team ever! I used to hate going to the dentist but now I love it. So grateful for the dentologie team. I smile bigger and brighter thanks to the best dental practice in Chicago. I actually now look forward to going to the dentist thanks to the best care, technology, aesthetics and MORE. look forward to my next visit.

Abby was the best dental hygienist I've ever had no joke! She took really good care of me and explained everything step by step and gave advice on how to better maintain my teeth and gum health. She showed me a digitized version on what my teeth and gums look like! Definitely will be coming back and recommending her to everyone.

I had a really positive experience at the Gold Coast Dentologie! Everyone at this location is friendly, communicative, gentle, and committed to their patient feeling safe, comfortable, and active in their treatment plan. My RDH (hygienist) Kaylyn was AMAZING and I will be scheduling with her again in the future! If you are someone who hates going to the dentist, I recommend trying Dentologie. Things are better here :)
