The only reason I'm giving three stars because there are two women that works here and they aren't very friendly at all they talk way to much. All I'm go say is you don't tell a patient that they are screaming scaring other people first off. I wasn't even screaming the way you were adding pressure to my mouth and I'm not going to just sit there and act like I'm not in pain when I'm in pain. I wasn't scaring any one so don't tell me that. I was barely saying anything. And the other lady that cleaned my teeth tells me I shouldn't expect her to rush she is 74 years old well retired then. I wasnt expecting her to rush she was getting on my nerves constantly talking and wasnt working hardly. If you wasnt talking so much she would have been done with cleaning my teeth. I told her my ride was coming at 3 and they are not going to wait on me I live far away. I had no other ride back home but my insurance ride. And the lady that cleaned my teeth kept talking and running her mouth instead of working don't no body wanna hear your boring conversations I wasn't interested and I know she could see I wasn't it's not that hard to tell when some body ain't feeling up to talking to you. And then she laughs when I said out loud for get this I'm going to send a text nothing was funny at all I was having a rough day. Respect some one when they not having a good day she literally sat there and laughed at me nothing was funny about what I said at all. Very rude and these concerns should be address to them. If somebody is trying to send a text message the least you can do is be quite and let them focus on what they are trying to say. I don't like rude and inconsiderate people one thing I won't tolerate is a rude person's behavior no. I'm a patient here and deserve to be treated with dignity and Respect. I'm not going to be over talked and talked too like I'm stupid or doing something wrong. I wasn't scaring any one at all. And the lady that cleaned my teeth I don't want her cleaning my teeth no more ever again. If she is the one that's cleaning my teeth I just won't get it done. Other then that this is a good dentist they do good work the doctor does good work. The manager that handles the paper work and insurance is very good at what she do. I just can't and won't tolerate disrespectful people.

I highly recommend Dentlife Dental Care to those who are looking for the best dental clinic near northwest Cleveland area. First off, Dr. Kim was very professional and careful. He did a very thorough examination of my tooth, and explained in detail the problem so that I could easily understand. On the day of my crown fitting, the process took longer than expected however, Dr. Kim patiently shaped the crown until it comfortably fit my tooth and answered all my questions. I could see that he definitely prioritises his patients' comfort. Finally, all the staff were friendly, the office was clean and cozy, and the equipment was brand new. I’m certain that you will be satisfied with your experience at Dentlife Dental Care.

I have such bad anxiety with dentist visits, and was so nervous for my root canal but I worried for nothing! Everyone was so nice, they let me wear my headphones so I could minimize the drilling noise, it was a painless procedure and I have no pain or soreness the next day. Thank you Dr. Kim & team!

Chipped a tooth on a Saturday and they got me in within 20 minute of my call. Staff was helpful and Dr. Kim took great care of me. Cleaned up my tooth while I decide how to proceed without pushing me to get a crown right away. Appreciate all the help and highly recommend
