My mom saw Dr. Waite and it changed her life! She now has her smile back thanks to him. I can't emphasize enough how amazing him and his team are. There is great communication and they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend him! He is a true artist when it comes to cosmetic dentistry! Thank you Dr. Waite for giving my mom her confidence back!

I had some periodontal surgery done by Dr Andy Tu at Dentists of Woodbury and I would highly recommend both Dr Tu and this dental clinic. I called multiple clinics and upon talking with Jessica I knew this was the place I wanted to entrust with my dental care. Here is what I got: Transparency about costs down to the penny after Jessica contacted my dental insurance provider, informed answers to all my questions about pre-op and post-op expectations, and absolutely excellent care for the osseous surgery performed by Dr Tu and the staff. No one likes to have dental surgery but this experience was as good as it gets. Highly recommend.

Went in for a cleaning. I was told up front with my dental it would only cost $30 for fluoride treatment and everything else was covered. Then I get a surprise bill for an extra $50! We are tight on cash because my FIL dying. There is no way I would've agreed to the fluoride treatment if I knew they were going to charge me $80. There was no transparency in pricing. Edit: I called and spoke to someone at that number BEFORE posting a review.

I went in for a regular check up and cleaning on 7/25/2024. Never been here before. I walked out without a cleaning (no scraping the tartar off, no fluoride whitening). By the time I got home I realized that the one and only thing they really did was try to sell me on some expensive periodontal procedure that I have had before. I may or may not need this procedure again, but why no whitening or cleaning the tarter off my teeth above the gum line? I even asked for the standard cleaning at the end and she pushed me "but that doesn't solve the deeper problem". I dropped it quickly and left realizing that I will never let these people touch my teeth again.

I needed an emergency tooth extraction and everyone was SO nice. Getting a tooth pulled is never pleasant, but the super friendly hygienists and doctor made it very simple to relax and trust them. It's been a day since the extraction, and I have almost no pain. I would highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.
