Dentists of West St. Paul

I used to love the dentist, but this experience has me traumatized. My tooth didn't hurt before this appointment, now two weeks later, I'm crying because I can't floss and I still can't eat on that side. I could go into detail- from them pulling my hair multiple times (it's shoulder length) to getting it wrapped in their equipment, or how they leaned their whole weight on my two teeth etc. Please for your teeth, don't go here. I can't undo whatever she did to my teeth, they are ruined forever. And I had to pay them to do it.

Overall good experience at this dentist. Had a tooth extracted, took almost no time and was painless. Dr Unger did a fantastic job as did his nurse. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I can without reservation recommend this establishment.

Office is very clean and modern. Usage of virtual application allows convenient reporting of medial information. Staff is friendly, patient, and efficient. Jordan was great to talk to at the front desk! Extra perk is that they partner with and support Special Olympics for athletes with disabilities!!

Lucy did a great job. Very thorough and paid close attention to detail. Never had a better cleaning.

I would recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Every single person that works here is friendly and knowledgeable in their role. I had my 6 upper teeth replaced with crowns, therefore I had the pleasure of working with a variety of people throughout multiple appointments. Everyone from the front desk (great communication), to the dental hygienists, to Dr. Shantell Heins is very kind and they are great at their jobs. I can’t say enough about Dr.Heins. She is very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and just overall wonderful. She provided an experience that is not only comfortable but it feels like she truly wants the best for you as a patient.
