I highly recommend this dental office! I was originally a pediatric patient here and was very fond of Dr. Andersen, she took such good care of me as a pediatric patient and I enjoyed the TVs a lot. When I switched over to the adult side of the practice, Dr. McDougal took over as my dentist and I he did such an amazing job. The shots were painless and the procedure was very smooth. Thank you to both amazing dentists who I have had gotten treatment with here, you guys are amazing and soothe any of the anxiety I have surrounding dental work!!

Scheduled a routine cleaning, was informed they recommend a deep cleaning and it’d be $600…that was fine and I said I’d look into if I can get it covered with my dental insurance and schedule another time. They then proceeded to show me the door…I still wanted the routine cleaning I had scheduled that my insurance does cover. Very disappointed with their customer service, would not recommend this dentist.

Dr mcdougal is a wonderful guy. He is very kind and listens to your problems, he doesn't rush to the next room. He is confident but not arrogant. I had a crown put on and he did a perfect job with dental it was around 450$ and they do it in office that day. I ended up needing the tooth pulled because it had 2 years of issues from a previous dentist, Dr mcdougal said to just get it out, because I was in pain, best decision I have ever made the pain is gone finally after 2 years, the surgeon that pulled it was very quick and efficient he definitely knew what he was doing. I had extraction, bone graft and tissue regeneration which came to around 500$ with insurance. The girls at the front are very nice, I know they deal with some difficult customers when it comes to dental bills. The prices were discounted more that I thought they would be for the area even for someone without insurance. I am getting a implant and crown in the future which is going to be 1500$ but they do accept payment plans. Dr mcdougal is very handsome also ? ? ❤️

My children & I all attended visits through this facility, and I will say I have never experienced a more overall pleasant experience at a dental office. All of our appointments were scheduled through their front desk clerk Sydney, who has a lovely over the phone presence and an even more enchanting personality face to face, she was kind to my children and so helpful with finding a time and date that fit my busy schedule. We were walked back and seen by a few of the ladies working that day but the dental assistant on the children’s side that stood out the most to us was Tatum, she was such a lovely woman. Very great with children, and so comforting in nature, I hope to see her every visit because my children adored her. Dr. Anderson was very through, and attentive, answering all of my questions in full detail and giving me information and knowledge I wasn’t aware I needed. She made my children and myself feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit, and even made us all giggle a few times. Overall our visit was exceptional, and I will be a loyal patient for many years to come. If you’re considering making a switch to this facility I highly suggest doing so!

Very misleading and want to get you in to up sell services. New patient special will not include standard cleaning but they will tell you u need deep cleaning and presented a bill almost $500. I really wanted to like them because I need to find a dentist that has more availability. The office was clean and the location is great however, I did not trust them. I was scheduled for a regular cleaning with my dentist but had to cancel and could not get in again so I know a regular cleaning is what was needed. I have not missed a cleaning in 10 years and go every 6 months.
