Hands down one of the best dental offices ever. The office is so beautiful and welcoming. The doctor is extremely patient as well! My husband has even seen her. And her assistant Rikki is the BEST! She is so funny, kind, patient, and really knows how to talk to patients. The entire team makes you feel right at home

Very knowledgeable and kind staff that found issues with my gums that I didn't even know about. I was able to make an appointment fast and was in and out in a timely manner every time while I was there. Dr. Gillette and her team have been great with my dental needs. I have recommended this office to others and would definitely go back!

The office itself is great, and the staff is even better—friendly and knowledgeable. However, I had a disappointing experience with their insurance billing process. After my dental checkup, I waited an additional 1.5 hours while they verified my insurance information. They told me all I owed was $15 (my co-pay), which seemed fine at the time. Two weeks later, I received a $90 bill in the mail with a note that an additional $31 might also be due. This lack of pricing transparency with insurance is frustrating and has led me to decide to switch to a new provider. While the quality of care and staff knowledge is commendable, I highly value transparency in pricing especially on my first visit.. It’s a good office overall, but clarity in insurance matters is crucial for me.

Highly recommend Dentists of Broadmoor for everyone, but especially those who are usually dentist-averse! Rikki, Mel, and Sky are all extremely welcoming, friendly, knowledgable, and upfront about costs and procedures. I saw Dr. Le, who was also very nice and gave some great info. I'll be coming back for dental surgery and any future check ups. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they really care and want to help!
