I inquired the cost when I made an appointment for cleaning but after cleaning the csr told me more than double the amount and bragged that they substantially reduced it for me. I did not pay more than what I have confirmed over the phone but I felt they were not honest. At first, I was impressed with friendly attitude of the dentist although she was a bit distracted while she was examining my teeth, for example, she gave wrong tooth number to the assistant who had to confirm which tooth the dentist was referring to. I had impression about this place that they work on quantity, not quality.

I had shoulder replacement surgery after many years of compromised motion. Chris Chee looked after my follow up treatment. He was excellent! At every appointment he worked on my shoulder the whole time. He answered any questions or concerns I had. I have achieved an excellent result which surprised everyone because I am 77. I highly recommend Chris and Family Physio!

Debra Bachus is so far the best dentist I had,. She is very meticulous, very detailed and looking for the best modern solution. I am very happy with the work she has done for me. I am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental work.

I came here on the review of another google local guide after my dentist passed away and I was surprised by how friendly and thorough they were. They were careful to explain everything and it was clean. No over treatment and under treatment seems to be dr. Debra Bachus' motto. Office submit estimates and claims. Everything was relatively easy. I am pleased with my experience and will make this my long term dentist. They also have a washroom in the office. They also call to followup on recovery. Very caring practice!
