Upon booking the receptionist was very friendly and explained everything very clearly regarding what to expect and costs. First appointment was very thorough regarding measurements, cleaning and xrays. The hygienist and dentist were very clear on what they were doing and why. At other offices in the past I was never told why things were done and what they look for and I really appreciated this! Super happy with the service and experience!

Not only is the dentist office an extremely welcoming environment where every employee has a smile on their face (even behind their masks) but all cleanings etc. are done thoroughly and comfortably. Dr. T and all the hygienists have actually made me enjoy getting my teeth cleaned!

Nov 20, 2024 · Lucy BettencourtI went in for a cleaning and my front tooth was knocked out by Debbie.With a big smile Dr. Tatageon said he couldn’t fix it because that would show guilt. The royal college of dental surgeons didn’t believe me and instead of investigating, they decided to believe Dr. Tatageon. I found another dentist and got my tooth fixed. If you go to this dentist you are rolling the dice. The royal college of dental surgeons did nothing. I didn’t have money to sue or I would have. Debbie and Dr. T laughed in my face . All I can say is what comes around goes around. Karma.🇨🇦
