Dentistry for Madison

So happy they could fit me into schedule on short notice after losing a crown. A new and well-fitting replacement was made while I waited. Dr Hazen and the staff were pleasant and professional throughout the appointment.

I have been Dr. Hazen's patient for 30+ years and have always been very happy with his professionalism, efficiency, and skills. Today was no exception. I broke a front tooth around 1:00 pm, had an appointment scheduled to see him at 3:30 the same day, and 20 minutes after arriving, left his office with a repaired tooth that looks exactly the same as the original. Dr. Hazen works his magic once again!

Both my wife and I could not be more pleased after our first appointment here. Totally top-notch in every way from walking in the door and enjoying the Halloween motif to the folks at the front desk through to walking out the door. The technician who took care of the x-rays did a great job, the dentist, new in the Madison area, was excellent at his job and we had a nice conversation. The hygienist was as good as any I’ve ever encountered. We look forward to getting our teeth taken care of here for a long time.
