Dentistry for Children - Cumming

The dentist’s office provided me an appointment within the same week of calling. They kept me well informed and provided reminder about the appointment. Upon checking in, the wait time was less than 2 minutes before we were called in by the nurse. Everything was explained in details and everyone including receptionists, nurses and doctors were extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

My son enjoyed this dentist and we were pleased with them until this. We booked appointments for our son and daughter weeks ago where we provided our new insurance information. We were told everything was all set. Then we receive a call 20 minutes prior to the appointment saying they don’t accept our insurance and our only option was to pay out of pocket. We set our appointments up weeks ago to only be informed the insurance isn’t in network the day of? We had our kids loaded up to head into office and I took the morning off work. It’s clear they don’t value their customer’s time. Get it together.

The front desk woman very rude and snarky, so unprofessional in the Cumming location. My son has been going to Dentistry for children in Buford for several years and we did not have an experience like the one we had recently. We just moved to Cumming so we had to change to this location. We arrived on time and we were told that because we did not confirm the appointment it got canceled, I do not remember signing any document were it states that I have to re-confirm for my appointment. If I didn't call to cancel that means I am still going. I explained that, they refused to see my son and pushed it to reschedule, when I said nevermind I am just changing practices. Front desk comment was *Oh that's good*. Well yeah definitely we never coming back. Horrible bedside manners for a business.

Very happy I made the switch to this practice!! All the staff members were fantastic and I really like the Dr. also my kids were extremely comfortable and the office is the coolest most kid friendly office I've seen !It's great, and my kids don't hate going to the dentist any more hooray!! My son got a crown and had zero pain after his numbness wore off so that's so incredible! I'm a happy mom ??

Such a wonderful experience here. The team is wonderful and they told our son everything that they would do before they did it. They encouraged him as he got his cavities filled and crown put on. He left feeling good and we are glad to be in the care of this team of dentists and dental assistants.
