Dentistry By Design-Port St. Lucie

I initially heard about them from one of their patients who loves them and highly recommended this office. Ultimately I didn’t come here because in the end we realized that I had a different insurance than I originally thought and that this office doesn’t take it. But while interacting with their office, I spoke with Chelsea who was so kind and professional. She got me all the info I needed in a timely manner and to be honest, they’re so professional and kind that I’m considering changing my insurance to one that they accept. For now, the least I can do is express my gratitude towards their prompt responses, willingness to help and their most friendly nature. Thank u Chelsea!!

💥💥BEWARE💥💥 I believe this dentist Dr Perlstein when he said instead of me needing One crown I now have a loose tooth I need four crowns and a bridge close to $7,000. They quoted with my insurance $3,200 . I call my insurance and they told me nobody put anything in they don't know how they gave me that price and it should be less. I also complained the hygienist worked on me 2times WITH NO GLOVES. After going to three of the dentist not one of them claimed I needed this work. I never was explained why other than the office manager Taylor speculated because I waited 3 months to get this done. In my opinion after dealing with dentists for 50 years 💥💥THIS DENTIST SHOULD BE CLEANING DOG POOP AND NOT WORKING ON HUMANS💥💥 You just don't stress people out with false info and if you believe I really need this . You should have spoke to me the day you gave me this estimate and not just let me leave but nobody explain nothing to me only the fact you couldn't do any better on the price. WELL MY TIME IS VALUABLE JUST LIKE YOU FEEL YOURS IS . BUT GOD DONT LIKE UGLY💥💥

Worst experience ever! Had immediate temporary dentures done in April and this is what happened! All they want is more $$ cause the material is different for permanent dentures.

If I could give no stars, I would. Please don’t let them near your teeth. You would be better off going to a mechanic for dental. Total waste of money and more money. I don’t want anyone else going through what I did.

If I could give 6 stars then I would! Every time I go to this office I always feel like I'm walking in to my family's establishment! The girls in the front are such a delight to talk to. The always greet me with a smile and I feel like they genuinely want to know how I am doing each time they see me. The hygienist gives me the best cleanings I've ever had in my life, I always feel like she never misses a beat. When I got my work done with doctor Sarah, she was gentle and thorough. I trust these ladies with all my dental needs and have referred all my family to them as well.
