Dentistry by Design - Kiran Satashia, DMD

Today, I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Jaime Waller for an ongoing symptom I was having. She and the rest of the team in the office were wonderful. Dr. Waller answered all my questions and even made suggestions on adding a step to my dental care routine that would help me with my ongoing issue. The staff member at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name) was also very sweet. She was very transparent about my payment options. My husband and I have been going here for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the care provided. I think that not enough credit is given to the wonderful human beings in this profession. It is a very physical and mentally taxing profession that many times is unappreciated by people. Thank you Dentistry By Design for always being there for your patients and for all you do!

Needed to reschedule my December appointment. Got pushed to March, was like ok. So, I received a text less than a week later saying we can get you in tomorrow. Worked with my schedule and my appointment was in November. Super service and my hygienist is exceptional. My family and I love the practice.

This was my second visit here, and I was very satisfied with the service and the staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. I did not have to wait, and my cleaning and exam were thorough and painless. The office was clean and nicely appointed, and the equipment appeared to be state of the art. So glad I found them!

Dentistry by Design’s staff is always so kind and so helpful. I have a fear of the dentist and they are always so patient. My kids have also been very comfortable going there. We have been very pleased with our care there.

I have been so happy with Dr Waller & her hygienist, Pam!! They take great care of me & my teeth. And my entire family comes to her. They have a great office environment, too. Taylor, at the front desk, is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient with helping navigate your insurance queries. I just got teeth straighteners (aka Invisalign) done today, with Dr Waller. And it’s been a really smooth process. Highly recommend this practice! .
