Dentistry at Millennium Park: Nanditha Ranganathan DDS

Love love love this office! If you're afraid of the dentist like I am, this is the place for you. The office is so cozy and friendly; you'll never wait very long (I've never waited longer than 10 minutes) and it's truly a warm environment compared to other dentistry offices I've been to throughout the years. You're made to feel right at home here. The staff here's also just incredible. Dr. Ranganathan and her team are amazing, from the hygienists to the receptionists. Everyone is really kind, knows what they're doing and Dr. R has always made me at ease during my visits. Highly recommend this office to anyone, you won't regret it.

Be warned if you want to have Invisalign treatment done here. I started treatment here around mid 2023 and paid upfront in full. At first everything was great. Dr.Ranganathan had a great bedside manner and the staff was pleasant to talk with. I then started to travel out of state around end of 2023. This is when issues started to arise. It was challenging making appointments that would fit to my schedule since the office is only open Monday - Thursday and a lot of the times the doctor wouldn't be available during office hours which I found very odd. Afterwards, I permanently moved states and informed the office of my situation. There seemed to be a lot of confusion from the staff on how to handle this though. I called front office and the first lady I talked to advise me that it was not their responsibility to transfer the case, rather the office I was moving to (TX). This did not make sense but regardless I did what was instructed. TX told me that they were unable to transfer case as that was up to Dr. Ranganathan's office. So I call again and now its the same lady telling me that misinstructed me, that they indeed can transfer the case I just need to fill out the paperwork and doctor will sign. Easy enough I said so I submitted paperwork online and I figured the situation was finally resolved. I was wrong, so the case was transferred BUT Dr.Ranganathan's office still needs to send me my trays. I was told it would be no problem and Invisalign would send them. Again, this is my first time doing this so I just figured ok I guess this is how this works. I didn't understand why Dr. Ranganathan's office couldn't just send them to me but as long as I got them I did not put too much thought to it. It took NEARLY 3 MONTHS for them to send my Invisalign trays after numerous calls and texts to the office about where my trays where. They continuously lied to me and said Invisalign was sending them and how they could not provide a tracking number?? When in fact Dr.Ranganathan's office were the ones that mailed them but they kept lying and saying it was Invisalign. They kept telling me how they would be there soon but could never give me a date on when which was extremely frustrating. Eventually they started ignoring my calls and texts and it wasn't until I got an Invisalign representative to call them that all of a sudden within a few days the TX office finally got them. Now, I can finally continue my case with TX, but they are charging me a transfer fee of around $1500 which is fine. I understand that the new office needs compensation to help finish my treatment. So, I decided to ask Dr.Ranganathan's office to give me a PARTIAL REFUND , since I paid her upfront $4750 for my entire treatment. Since, we did not finish the treatment and it was a huge hassle to get my case transferred I figure the least they could do is refund me $1500 so I could pay the new office. I sent Dr.Ranganathan's office an email and texts asking if we could come to an agreement. They IGNORED me both times I reached out which did not surprise me as they have done this in the past. So now I leave this review for people who might want to reconsider doing Invisalign with this practice.

This office is fantastic. The doctor is incredibly welcoming and ensures you feel well cared for. Darby, the hygienist, is exceptional, and the entire team takes the time to understand your needs and explain your dental health thoroughly. Plus, the view is spectacular, making it a truly wonderful atmosphere.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while after a bad experience in Boston. My hygienist, Darby, and Dr Ranganathan couldn’t have been more awesome! They were relaxed, explained everything they were doing, and took a genuine interest in how to make me comfortable. Best of all, the folks at the front desk blew me away. Raven spent probably an hour on the phone with my silly insurance confirming coverage before my appointment. And Desiree is so kind explaining billing and assisting with scheduling. I love this place, thank you for helping me be at ease with the dentist again!

Dr. Ranganathan and the rest of the Dentistry at Millennium Park team provide excellent dental care and consultation in a comfortable office. I highly recommend their services.

Decent experience. However, had severe issues with the billing office. Payment sent, missed by them and almost sent to collections through their incompetence. Wouldn't recommend.
