Dentistry A to Z

These folks are disorganized and unprofessional. I had a highly disappointing experience with the unprofessional staff at Dentistry A to Z in Plymouth. I originally scheduled an appointment a month in advance for early August, only for it to be canceled just a couple of days before. The reason given was that their only dentist and owner was on vacation—meaning they had scheduled me for a time they weren’t capable of honoring. They rescheduled my appointment for September, which should have been my first meeting with this dentist. When I arrived at the office, early for my appointment, I was told they had canceled it because I hadn’t responded to a text message they sent during business hours. There was no prior notice or warning that failing to respond to the text would result in cancellation. I have always shown up to appointments on time and have never experienced anything like this before. The staff gave away my appointment slot and offered me two poor options: either wait more than an hour past my scheduled time or reschedule for late October, which would have been two months from my originally scheduled appointment. The way the staff handled the situation was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. When I tried to discuss my concerns, one of the receptionists, Lauren, repeatedly interrupted with unsolicited and condescending remarks. Despite my requests to speak only with the scheduling secretary, Lauren continued to interject with passive-aggressive comments, implying the cancellation was my fault and that "every place" operates this way—which I know is not true. When I calmly expressed that her behavior was obnoxious, she accused me of being rude and then abruptly banned me from the practice. The entire interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. There was no written policy visible anywhere in the office, nor was it mentioned in the text message, so I had no way of knowing that not responding would result in a cancellation. When I asked if anything could be done, another staff member simply said that Lauren's decision was final, without offering any resolution or further explanation. The office itself was clean but felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dentistry A to Z to anyone. They treat their patients with unnecessary hostility and fail to take responsibility for their own scheduling mistakes. If you're looking for professional, respectful dental care, this is not the place.

I recently visited this dentist office and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Lauren the receptionist was so pleasant and helpful! The office is clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Great place.

I have been to this establishment on multiple occasions. Everyone in there makes you feel comfortable !! The receptionist Lauren was extremely patient with me when i had to reschedule appointments etc. she was professional and respectful. The dentist made me feel so comfortable though I have extreme dental anxiety!! I did not want to go ever, but between Lauren and the Dentist (male) I kept going back to get the work I needed done, done! Totally reccomend this place

I do not think I have felt such frustration. My front teeth were colored bright. yellow, assistant dings your teeth, nice chips. Not transparent about appointments & what to expect. Today really left me devastated, I was looking forward to my procedure but surprise a couple weeks ago policy changed, sorry can't do it. (ORIGINALLY this appointment was scheduled 8 months ago & was pushed back 3 times, by this office.) Only had to pull up my chart & that would have let them know.

I st-arted going to a-z last November to have a complete set of teeth done I was told that it would take about 6month but due to complications,it ta+end much longer. I just received my top set of teeth and still waiting for the bottom set. I'm very pleased with the outcome and I can't say enough about the friendly staff.I really like the doctor he is very professional and straight forward. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, the reasoning for it & any delays ifso applies and gives you the choice to make decisions instead of forcing it on you. Tho I wish that I didn't have to wait so long to get my appointments I relieze that there very busy and they take their time with each patient to give everyone the same quality care. Im excited to see my final outcome.i know its going to be worth the wait. If you're not in a hurry than I highly recommend A-Z Dentistry, for all your needs. Ty
