As a first time patient, I had an exceptional experience at Dentistrie West Loop! From my first interaction with the front desk receptionist, I felt welcomed. They were organized, professional, and accommodating. The dental assistant, Iris, was incredible. She was caring, thorough and kept me in the loop and comfortable at all times. The best cleaning I have ever experienced! Dr. Shari is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and honest. He made sure I fully understood my treatment options and made me comfortable in knowing that he had my best interest in mind. The office is spotless, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me even more confident in the care I was receiving. Dentistrie exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this practice and their amazing team to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Sandy was wonderful at intake, Iris did a superb job with my X-rays and polish, and Dr. Shamil was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a terrific dental experience! If you live in the West Loop and are looking for a new dentist, this is the place!

After experiencing a traumatic event, Dr. Shane, and Dr. Shamil worked together to ensure I was in the best hands and took care of my dental injury. Dr. Shane’s kindness, and true concern from the beginning of my consultation was monumental. Throughout the first procedure his priority was not only my comfort and pain management, but he also kept me at ease by explaining what was going on and what to expect next.
