Replaced a bridge. And received a bill that they said the insurance didn’t pay. However, I’ve spoke to the insurance company. They were asking for some more information from the dental office. Been talking to their office now for four months, no one can give me any Answers. Bill went into collections and I have a perfect score. Don’t go to this office. They don’t know what they’re doing. The dentist is great but the dental office and the people who are running it don’t know what the hell they’re doing away.

The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. took time to explain the upcoming procedure in detail. Very much appreciated by me who needs information to calm hesitancy. ......However, their billing dept was highly unprofessional, even hesitated to mail me the bill? I've reconsidered returning there.

The dental services were as expected. However, the receptionist was unfriendly and disrespectful of my time in that she took a phone call and left me waiting almost 15 minutes for billing to be processed. I'm accustomed to and should expect better customer service.

Made me feel very comfortable, even though I have a lot anxiety about dental care. Very good about consulting on care options and making it as painless as possible. Definitely would recommend

This office is piss poor. Mind you I have insurance and was told I could get a filling touched up free of charge as the filling was causing me no pain but they preferred it to be smooth in X-rays. Weeks later I get a bill for the same filling. I call and tell them I was told this would be no cost and they said they would remove it I kept calling back to confirm as I was still getting a bill sent to me weekly and nobody answered the phone as I called about this matter for upwards of 2 months. By that time the bill was going to go to collections I kept calling for weeks getting no reply to help resolve this situation. I also was calling to cancel an upcoming appointment due to a change in insurance and I would be out the country. But guess what they call once they saw I had a lost of insurance which is when I asked to speak to the office manager come to find out it’s a new office manager and I had to explain my whole situation again as the previous one failed to put notes in the chart and they STILL did not resolve my bill and at that point this has been going on for a few months. They have made their lack of being responsive and following through on their word by resolving an issue they said they would now a problem of mine. I ended up paying the balance and I will no longer be a customer at this office.
