Teeth cleaning and dental checkup was amazing as always! I’ve been a patient for many years. I am always very happy with the staff and the service. A friendly, professional bunch!!! This time, the hygienist suggested brush picks for between my teeth so I have less scraping next time! (since I prefer NO scraping of tartar!!!)😁 For scheduling, the dental office system confirmed my appointment several times over two weeks prior by text message. I always responded with a “Y” (I’ll be there!!) No problem whatsoever. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This was an amazing dental experience! They were pretty busy when I went in but they immediately checked me in and the receptionist was the sweetest ever. They still brought me back around my appointment time. If anything it was maybe 10 min behind but everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistants were so sweet and really made me feel more comfortable being there. I felt at home and did not feel shy or nervous the entire time I was there. I even noted that normally I have extreme dental anxiety but they made me feel so relaxed and calm while they worked on me. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here if you have dental anxiety.

The long wait was unpleasant. The staff was so professional and pleasant it made up for the long wait. Dr. Davis steadfast professional is always a great!

Though “enjoy” and “dental” seem odd in the same sentence, I truly appreciate the care and attention I receive at Dental Works. They make you feel cared for and cared about. That’s priceless!

Do not go there. The hygienist is very inconsiderate and they are always rescheduling. The rescheduling is an automated system that clearly isn't up to date as it should be because instead of them scheduling me for a new appointment due to the hygienist was sick, they scheduled me with a doctor visit and I wasn't aware until I showed up to my appointment and had to RESCHDULE AGAIN. This time my appointment was a month away. Now, once I get to my new appointment, the hygienist CANCELLED my appointment and fitted someone else in all because I did not confirm verbally, in which I never received a call. This is a bad reflection on the actual dentist due to this staff member. After having issues 3 times in a row, I am DONE and will not get serviced by this location or company. Please be aware before considering this office.
