Everyone at Dental Works for my appointment were very efficient and helpful. Leslie who did my teeth cleaning is excellent. Also, the person who helped me with the initial part of the visit and setting appointments. She was very considerate of my needs and very friendly. Dr. Ryan was sure to check any past concerns and how that is currently. So I feel I had a thorough check up. I recommend DentalWorks!

The clerical part of the office on Bardstown Rd at Dental Works needs improvement. I was trying to explain my situation and the Assistant Manager was extremely rude and instead of trying to calm me down she quickly became the victim and was defending herself and I was not able to explain my frustration where I was right and she was wrong. The follow up and explaining of the work being done along with the cost of the work needs major improvements. I have been a patient of this office for over 5 years and never have I been more disappointed than now in the quality of customer satisfaction. Thank you!

Wonderful service... Everyone was so nice and polite... Routine checkup was comfortable... Also had an oral cancer screening... Technician said all look good... Received a new toothbrush & an appointment for next time... Thank you DentalWorks! You help keep me smiling!

After my last hygienist moved to expand her career and my original dentist retired. I was hesitant to change locations. Due to my many years going to the Cedar Springs location. But I'm extremely happy I did Doris, Maddie and all the workers I met there. From the front desk to the dental assistants, they were all very helpful with advice and answered all my questions and concerns. They even have me on a cheaper and easier treatment plan than I had before. I will gladly continue going here from now on.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating with my request to have 2 services on the same visit. I was notified of the slight delay with the second service. All of the staff worked together very well from what I could see! Some of the equipment , chairs could use some updating but otherwise, excellent staff.

I have no complaints about the dentists or hygienists themselves, but take issue with the billing side of the business. Four times I was contacted by Dental Works for not paying the bill for a routine teeth cleaning, this despite the fact that I have dental insurance that covers these routine check ups. They had this information under my profile and they still failed to contact the insurance company and would instead try to contact me to pay the bill. I had to call each time to the office, explain to them I had insurance, and to contact the insurance company and that they would pay for the cleaning. Each time after the first mistake I would ask if the charge was for the recent visit or for multiple visits and the answer was always for just the last visit. This means they were able to contact the insurance company each time to get the bill paid, but would only do so after harassing me for the payment and having to be called and told to do their job and call the insurance company. The final straw was after the last appointment when I got a call from their pushy billing office asking me to pay the bill (instead of getting a physical bill in the mail like all the other times they made this mistake, despite having the correct address on file). I called the office, demanded they contact the insurance company once again to pay the bill, and to cancel my next appointment. I'm never coming back here. It's simply not worth the hassle.

The office staff is always so warm & welcoming. Before I can choose a tabloid magazine to read, they call me back. No long wait times. The hygienist, is very thorough & knowledgeable. I'd give this office more stars, if I could.
