However I am not sure if I will continue to go there due to the fact that 2 temporary tooth came out of my mouth while eating food that was fairly soft. I am now afraid to eat after the same dentist replaced it with a supposed to be permanent one. He did not even review how to take care of it how long it will last etc. After receiving those services I told him he was not finished with one other tooth issue that was discussed in the earlier stages of my exam. He told me there was not another issue and that he didn’t want to do anything else to my mouth due to an insurance mistake that their office did not on my part because I had insurance. I told them I switched insurance and who the carrier was. I even called them on the phone and they told them that they would cover any charges after the change of insurance. He was reluctant to make a treatment appointment. He was more concerned about collecting insurance money than he was with providing the service that I needed done. He was nice but adamant about no longer assisting. I complained so much that he said that he would take a look at my mouth again but I would have to make another appointment. He would then let the next doctor know next month not now next month about my issues. I cancelled appointment at that point. Not very satisfied with the service that I received at all. I hope no one else will have to experience what I did."
