The office is clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Shah took the time to explain each procedure in detail and answered all my questions with patience. Dr. Shah was gentle yet thorough during my cleaning, ensuring I felt at ease the entire time. I appreciated the emphasis on patient care and education. Overall, I left feeling confident about my dental health and looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shah is different from other dentists. She discussed the treatment plan and pricing upfront. I’ve had dentists who decide on pricing after a procedure and been shocked by how expensive it was. Dr. Shah could have given me a crown today as other dentists would have. Instead she chose a more conservative route based on my tooth’s need. My Endodontist said that she’s the best dentist in the west loop.

I always have a great experience at Dental Smiles of West Loop. The front desk staff are super quick to provide a friendly response or an assist if you need emergency care or a referral to see a specialist. Today, I met Dr. Yu, who was fantastic, friendly, and thorough during my exam and reviewing my charts and X-rays with me. And the dental assistant, Avanna, is always very kind and gentle, and a true professional when it comes to polishing my pearly whites! Everyone I’ve met here does a great job of reducing the stress of a dental visit and providing excellent care.
