The care and expertise that I have received from Dental Partners of Boston has been unparalleled from any other place I have been to for care. They always provide excellent information about the process and have made the work as painless as possible. You don't even feel the needle. They have also been excellent about helping me plan a restoration care plan that fits my budget and working with me to make sure I fully understand the costs and what my insurance can cover.

Pain is unique to the individual and providers should not blame it on dental anxiety. Perhaps the patient is anxious because the provider is injecting the anaesthetic too quickly which causes pain. If the provider would slow down, it would be in the best interests of the patient, and in the end it will be easier on everyone. This is especially true if it is difficult to achieve an adequate degree of anaesthesia

The whole experience is professional from beginning to end. The correspondence allows you to navigate your way through the Prudential to their office seamlessly. The receptionist are very attentive both checking in and checking out. My dentist Dr Kamachi joined this practice and I felt a little overwhelmed leaving his office to join a bigger outfit. This has been a bonus if nothing else .I have nothing but good experiences here and what's not to love about a 7.30am appointment before work that fits neatly into your calendar and eliminates any waiting around!!

This place is a scam. The assistants are AMAZING .and for sure there are some good dentists in this practice (and some not so good) but every time I leave I feel like I just got robbed. I just went back within months that I had work done, I complained of pain and sensitivity before work was completed but was told there is no issue. Now, works needs to be done for the same tooth, the price is more than double. This was not the only instance that I was given the run around then got hit unexpected charges. Needless to say, I will not return.

The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist with a smile and welcome. The whole staff is very professional and are genuine with the concern of your dental health care. You definitely walk out with a healthy smile.
