Dental Nook

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over a year and a half, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff is truly amazing! I got veneers done, and I’ve received so many compliments on how great my smile looks. From the moment I walk in, Giana at the front desk always greets me by name and checks me in quickly—no long waits, I’m taken back within minutes. The entire team is incredible, the office is spotless, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality care and great vibes!

The staff at Dental Nook were all very professional. They do everything to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. Jasper did a great job with my cleaning and was so professional and constantly making sure that I was comfortable with everything and not having any sensitivity. I would highly recommend Dental Nook to anyone looking for a new Dental office or looking for a second opinion on their Dental health.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I just want to share my experience in hopes someone else doesn’t have to go through the same. I came to Dental Nook after my dentist retired and I have Medicaid, so it’s not always easy to find a dentist. The good: they’re friendly and I loved the dental hygienist I had each time. The dentists are also friendly and easy to talk to. The bad: It went south after I had two old fillings that needed to be redone. They built the fillings up so high it has completely messed up my bite. I went back twice to have them shaved down, and honestly they kind of acted like I was exaggerating because it seemed they barely took a little off the points, but they could not understand that they made the entire tooth way too high. I grind my teeth and was in absolute misery with headaches each day because of how off my bite now was, but each time I called to say I needed more taken off, they had to schedule me almost a month out. The second time I was going back was also my cleaning appointment, however they called me like two days before to tell me they’re going out of network with Medicaid the day before my appointment (so like the next day) and my appointment won’t be covered, so I could either pay out of pocket or cancel. I should also note I had payed out of pocket before and it ended up being double what she had initially quoted me, though it was just a cleaning. I cancelled, but mentioned the tooth shaving part and since that was a prior appointment, they said they’d do that. Now, I will say, the second time the dentist really did take his time; however they seemed so confused as to what to actually do. Again, he was just obsessed with the points and didn’t understand the whole tooth was filled too high. After the appointment, it was kind all right good luck. I had to go back another two times to my next dentist to even get it remotely comfortable. This was all a year ago, and it’s been such a process for something that honestly seems so simple. Dentists aren’t perfect and getting a bite to sit right can be hard, but I really didn’t feel like they were really trying to get my bite corrected. They just acted annoyed, almost like if you’re on Medicaid, you get what you get. I don’t think they would have acted that way toward someone with better insurance. Maybe I shouldn’t speculate that, but it honestly wasn’t great service for something that has caused ongoing issues. It’s good they went out of Network because if you’re not going to do good work because you’re not getting paid enough then you shouldn’t take on those kind of patients.

I had a great experience at Dental Nook. The staff was kind and friendly. Everything was discussed upfront, so there was no surprises. They were even able to offer a reasonable finance plan for my expenses. I will be bringing my entire family to Dental Nook and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Have loved my experience here! Everyone is so kind and makes you feel incredibly comfortable. As someone who gets anxious going to the dentist, I appreciate their transparency and patience when walking you through what will take place during your appointment! 10/10 recommend. ?
