This is my second visit with Dental Minds. My first visit consisted of an examination with imaging. The technology and equipment utilized in the office is modern and new. Dr. Moon was informative and provided helpful insight and tips regarding my oral health.During my second visit, I received a cleaning. This is the first time in years, I’ve had an actual dentist perform the cleaning. He was meticulous and considerate. His assistant finished with flossing and polishing. I decided to add the fluoride treatment. I highly recommend it! You can speak with their staff as to why it is suggested, but it is completely optional. My cleaning was thorough and painless.Dental care is often associated with anxiety and fear, but the staff and office here provide high standards of care in a calming and relaxing environment. I highly recommend Dental Minds to anyone looking for a dentist. Jasmin is the best hygienist! She's very kind, informed, and has helped me understand what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. What I appreciate the most is they actually explain the health of my teeth, how they are treating them, what I can do to best take care of them.

As someone who has historically struggled with fear and anxiety at the dentist, it has been incredible to find Dental Minds. Dr. Moon, the hygienists, assistants, and reception staff are so welcoming and easy to talk to. They are all professional and make sure to explain every part of the process from procedure to payment. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Moon and his team are amazing. They are kind, welcoming, and understanding. I have pretty high dental anxiety and experienced a dental emergency. They worked me in very quickly. I felt cared for and not judged at all. Dr Moon was very reassuring during the procedure and made sure that I knew what was going on and that I wasn’t in any pain. I cannot recommend them enough, absolutely stellar Dr and team!

I honestly can’t speak poorly enough on this office. The high reviews seem to only be indicative of the level of technology they use in their examinations, which are thorough, but clearly driven by the attempt to squeeze every single dollar they can out of patients.I initially scheduled a cleaning here, to be surprised on arrival that they wouldn’t do my cleaning until they performed their tests and patient assessment. After running every scan and xray they could, they then said I needed to schedule another follow up to review the results.The results were a list of about $9k in suggested dental work. While I do have one issue on a rear molar, which I was aware of going into the 1st appointment and hoped to have addressed, the rest were all just nice to haves that I felt we’re being pushed (“get this done now, then this one next year, etc”)Despite my annoyance, I decided I’d move forward for the “deep cleaning” the doctor recommended for my rear molar issue. Before I could proceed with that though, I needed to come in for a saliva swab for him to evaluate how to perform his deep cleaning.I proceeded to show up, to then be told the saliva swab was going to cost $350, and then the deep cleaning mostly wouldn’t be covered by my insurance.I came here with high expectations, given the great reviews. I literally walked out of my appointment today after another round of disappointment. I do understand that the doctor wants to do all these tests and be the most thorough/accurate dentist out there, but I think he also needs a better understand. The reality that some patients are going to be more aligned to a typical Dental approach and one that is covered by their insurance
