Hello Dental House of Waterford! You have kept me as a patient for almost 5 years now and I share this with gratitude. Thank you so much for such a genuine group of people (on going) and for the continued smooth cordial and professional experiences I get to have when visiting. Today, I may have had the best hygienist experience (for my cleaning) of my life with Rita who is a recent graduate in the field. Rita clearly studied hard to be successful in getting herself to where she is now in her career, but also brings to the table a high quality beautiful person which is invaluable in any field. We appreciate you and thanks Larisa for being like a best friend or family in such a short time. So meaningful!!

Called to get my husband in for an emergency same day visit. Front desk staff was amazing and got me in within 2 hours. This is our first time. Very friendly staff. Guy who brought us back for X-rays was funny. This environment has me changing the whole family’s dentist! 🦷

Total satisfaction and relief accompanied me with my first Dental House experience here in Waterford. I came in with an emergency broke tooth on a Saturday morning after calling to enquire for help yesterday morning. The Ladies at reception were so accommodating, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is clean, airy and relaxing. Put me at ease immediately after walking in. Dr. Arben is personable, attentive and confirmed what I knew and settled my nerves and fears completely. At check out Sue helped me set up everything for iv extraction in 2 days. Such a wonderful experience. I can’t say it enough. I’m still here writing this review because everyone needs to know about this treasure of a place asap without delay! No more dental fears for this girl. I finally found my Dental Home aka House. :)

Explained everything in detail, about my treatment plan, they do seem kinda busy but it’s because they do an amazing job. They are very accommodating to your schedule and situation. I’m not able to work, so I don’t have an income coming in. So they will due what’s needed to get the job done right. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

First time going here and the experience was great! Filled out the info on the tablet and was called back right away. Very informative and professional. Larissa And the doctor were both very good. The girl at the front desk ( didn't get her name) was very nice also. The consultant was very fast and helpful also. The whole experience was top notch. I will be going here from now on.
