The office itself was clean, well organized, welcoming environment and practical. The front staff was quick and to the point. The hygienist was kind, thorough and did a fabulous job between x-rays and cleaning. Annette definitely made the visit enjoyable but the overall experience made going to the dentist not frustrating.

I cant praise Dental Health Associates enough! They were able to fit me in same-day for a dental emergency. Dr Bjork and his staff were amazing! I’m super anxious when it comes to dental work but they were very gentle and explained everything as we went along. They were very reasonable with their recommendations. They took my opinions to heart and didn’t try to persuade me for their financial gain. I will definitely be a long-time client of Dental Health Associates and Dr. Bjork! Thank you so much for making the experience more enjoyable.

Today I had a wonderful, caring, well explained cleaning with Christine. she time to listen to me and eased my fears. She also did a great job cleaning my teeth without anesthetics. I recommend her highly and appreciate her help. Dr B is great too, and listens to me and was careful and compassionate about my fears. Thanks both. I will be back again.

The overall treatment for my First visit was ok. However I was unhappy with fluoride applicant that seemed to be half congealed fluoride applied with a Quip. I was picking cotton threads out of my teeth for 20 minutes. The fluoride took nearly 30 minutes to dry. My former dentist used liquid fluoride applied from a small plastic ampoule that dried almost instantly. My former dentist facility was all female who treated clients as special friends. The dentist chairs had massage option. I understand this was my First visit. Patience on my part is needed for adjustment to a new & different approaches to clients & their teeth.

Dr. Grode and Dental Assistant April were pleasant and very thorough during treatment. They provided options for best practice and considered my needs and wants for treatment.

I had an appointment for a routine cleaning and I got in earlier than my appointment time and I was on my way in forty minutes. As always Jodi did a great job!! She is very thorough and takes her job very seriously!! She is a very nice and friendly person!!
