I had a really great experience at Dental Group of Anaheim. From scheduling the appointment to the molar extractions. I needed two molars to be extracted before my next ortho appointment . Peter was kind enough to squeeze me in the same day for the consultation . He was very helpful in finding my second insurance that I did not have at hand. A nice young lady took my x rays and Dr. Yong Kim DDS did the consultation. I was happy to hear he would be able to extract them, no problem. They offered to do it right after the consultation but I did have my two kids with me and was unable to do it right after . However they were able to squeeze me in next day in the afternoon. I went the next day and was able to get them extracted. I waited less than 30 minutes. Once on the chair Dr. Kim explain every step of the way. That made me feel more at ease and less nervous. He injected the local anesthesia which worked very well bc I didn’t feel pain just pressure as Dr. Kim explain I would. It took less than 10 minutes for the two molar extractions to be completed. Once done Peter explain very throughly the care instructions to follow. Went home took pain med and put ice pack. There was little swelling and pain after. The next day I asked if I can have a doctors note for work because I had forgotten to ask for it while there and Peter emailed it to me right away. Over all I am very great full to this office. The doctor and staff are great. Very helpful, kind, professional and they have a lot of patience. Its a great environment . The office is very nice and located in down town Anaheim.
