Very kid friendly dentist. Great with assisting children who have fear of their first time dental exam. Play place area was the cherry on top for my daughter. Thank you for your cleanliness, hospitality and patience! P.S. They even let grandma sit with my baby for comfort!

Such a pathetic level of customer service. I had an appointment for 11:00 am but had to wait 2 hrs to get appointment. So be late as much as possible if you are visiting. They could at least communicate with me about the appointment if they are busy. But doctors are pretty good.

Staff was nice but the dentist must was having a bad day or she was tired and didn’t feel like working! She doesn’t seem to care and just rush to get you out of there. Previous dentist lady was very nice, wish we could get her back

The dentist was a pleasure to work with. Very patient with my child. Her assistants were just as great. I like this place better than all the other destiny dentals. They took forever to pull my daughter’s tooth despite it being emergent! This dentist however, saw it and immediately took great care of the issue. 5/5!

I'm normally not one to write reviews at all, and when I do it's usually only to say somethin positive but in this case I had to say something because I'm now in PAIN that I WAS NOT HAVING BEFORE my checkup visit. There were THREE particular red flags at my visit recently. I should start by saying I've only ever been to this place twice once before in January for a checkup, cleaning and root canal and again recently for another checkup. 1) My dentist who originally cleaned and operated on my mouth in January is no longer with them and she's taken her talents elsewhere which they DID NOT mention. They CALLED ME to bring me back in for a checkup last week and in truth I didn't intend on going back for personal reasons but against my better judgement I decided to schedule an appt. and at this point they KNEW my previous dentist was not working there anymore and chose not to share this information. I didn't find this out until I was in the chair. 2) A 6 month checkup has almost ALWAYS included a cleaning. When I tell you this new lady Dentist had me in her chair all of 2-3 mins to essentially poke and prod my teeth and gum line with some metal tool that didn't do anything but hurt and cause me pain/discomfort. In fact I reacted multiple times to the pain because she was being so rough with my mouth I expected her to AT LEAST ask if I was okay but she didn't. Then I couldn't believe what was going on when she said I was done in under 3 mins. 3) I then began to ask about my filling near the area of my root canal since that filling had come out recently as a result of never going back to get my crown after the initial procedure. She then tells me they need to REFER ME elsewhere for the filling or to have the tooth extracted which IS INSANE SINCE I WAS LITERALLY JUST THERE IN JANUARY AND HAD THIS EXACT PROCEDURE DONE IN HOUSE WITH THE PREVIOUS FEMALE DENTIST WITH NO ISSUE! Needless to say I'm now in pain that I wasn't in before my visit and I doubt I ever return even if my crown does get approved to be placed on I might take my services elsewhere as should you!
