Dental Dreams - Port Richmond

I was happy with this place. My teeth look a lot better, and the cleaning, though not fun, wasn't too bad. The total time I was there was about 1 1/2 hours to 1 hour 45 minutes. I had to do initial paperwork since this was my first time there. I don't actually know how that would compare to other dental places. There was some waiting but it wasn't too bad. I would go back for future cleanings.

My husband Used to be a patient years ago but stopped coming back due to staff and doctors being rough and not very professional. Recently went back and there was an entirely new staff and new construction going on. Doctor was super professional and gentle when working on my husbands teeth. 10/10 experience, will keep coming back.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Dental Dreams. The staff seemed disorganized and unfriendly. The dentist themselves seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain what was happening or answer my question. What really took my experience from bad to worse the inconsistency and lack of communication. Appointments are often rescheduled or cancelled at the last minute, and I wasn't notified in advance. To make matters worse I showed up for a 9:30 appointment to a sign on the door that says they open at 10am without warning the office hours are constantly changing. It is frustrating and inconvenient. There are far better options in the area that offer more personalized care, clear communication, and reliability. Until they get their act together, I'd advise others to steer clear.

Never going back! Had a 11 O-clock appointment arrived 15min early. Didnt get called to the back till 11:30. Sat in the chair for 30min never seen a doctor. Heard employees arguing back and forth with one another for 30min. Ended up leaving in pain without being seen. Not very professional. Last dental office in north Philadelphia I go to. I'll keep going up abington kinda out my way, but better treatment, better customer service and better scheduling. Clearly this place is over scheduling and tying themselves up with unprofessional employees. It's a dental office not a high school cafeteria ??‍♂️

The office was clean and seemed welcoming. The wait for me was long but they kept me in the loop of why. Everyone else seemed to go in quickly. Staff was nice.
