Appointment cancelled multiple times, they claimed to have called all numbers on file to confirm appointments but I did not receive any calls. Sometimes, you sit for a long time before they call you up to tell you your appointment was cancelled. Communication is not a strong suit for this office. From the front desk to the assistants in the back, they will walk past you and not care. Most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. Gave this office so many tries but the staff never fails to disappoint. Sucks because the dentist is actually a good doctor.

Signed up as a new patient. Kept my appointment time. Got to the office to find out there was a 2 hour waite. Staff didn't even offer a comman coursity phone call. Or the option of a reschedule. I believe I'll schedule with Philadelphia free clinic vs Dental Dreams

We have been going for many years. However recent visits have been substandard and now I'm concerned. Rushed service or no service performed but billed; so watch your bill. I don't even know if my child has cavities because he didn't do the exam. We've never seen the same dentist twice; too much turn over. Management however listens intently and is very responsive to concerns and complaints. But we need a program that's committed to dental care for the long term.

This place has a history of making you wait even if you have an appointment. I arrived at 11:30 for my mom’s 12pm appointment. Didn’t get called in until 1:15pm after asking and being visibly irritated. Still didn’t get seen, I’m just waiting in the back now. It’s ridiculous. It’s been 2 hours. What good is making an appointment?
