Dr. Martinez really listens. I am so impressed with the time everyone took. I felt relieved. Nita was my first contact and she put me at ease. Nah the dental hygienist was helpful in providing info on dental care at home. Christina at the front desk was helpful in checkout. Very personable staff. I needed help and received it.

This place is really unprofessional and doesn’t keep its promises. I recommend doing monthly payments instead of paying in full, as they seem to stop giving quality service afterward. Dr. Padilla, the main dentist, is rarely there, so you're often left with trainees who lack experience and can end up causing more harm than help. It’s uncomfortable having multiple people in the room “learning” while working on your mouth. They might try to respond saying, “we don’t have you in our system,” but I am a former patient, just under a different name. The hygienists are rough, and Dr. Padilla’s involvement seems more about making money than genuinely helping patients. Overall, it’s disappointing and feels like patient care isn't a priority here. Dr. Padilla doesn’t feel professional at all, I feel like he just wants money, and he got his degree outside of the county so beware. They are super rude to people who leave negative reviews because they can’t take criticism.

BEST Dentist I have ever been!! EVERYONE was so nice. Na my Hygienist was AMAZING very gentle cleaning my teeth such a great job. And my Treatment Coordinator Jasmine as so sweet and helpful letting me know everything I need to know for my appointment. I definitely recommend this dentist a 100%

Be very aware of your own mouth! I almost was given a root canal that I DIDNT NEED! I came to dental designs in search of a closer dentist. I bought into their advertising from commercials. My first cleaning and filling went fine. On my visit for my second cleaning, I notified them of some sensitivity on my right side. After much deliberation the woman told me that I needed a root canal. Something about that did not sit right with me. I asked her how sure she was and she said 90% of the time that this was the case with my particular issue. I am SO glad I got a second opinion and went back to my old dentist! He stated that I DID NOT NEED a root canal! My wisdom tooth was pushing on my bite and needed to come out. Imagine if I would have lost my perfectly good tooth to a root canal because of malpractice! Be aware.
