Dental Depot Orthodontics

This was my first orthodontic experience and let me just say that Dr. Martins and his whole team exceeded all my expectations. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an orthodontist in the area!!

If you have more than one dental insurance, do not use this place. We were told they could only get a qoute from the primary insurance before treatment, however they couldn't start treatment until after we paid. As soon as secondary agreed to pay the requested $1750, they would refund us. So, we paid in full. The secondary insurance approved to pay $1750 and dental depot said you MIGHT get your refund in 36 months... AFTER insurance pays in full.

I typically don't have an issue. However, my time is just as valuable as theirs. They have no problem making me wait 45 minutes for an appointment but I was 5 minutes past their "grace" period late due to extenuating circumstances that were beyond my control and there's nothing that can be done. I'll have to re-schedule. So my child who only had a small window to have this appointment will have to wait who knows how long to get her check up because I dont know when she will have the opportunity again. Nothing against Dr. Martins or his assistants, I think they are great.

This side is tainting the whole dentist office. The orthodontist side is so unorganized it’s ridiculous. There is a leader in training by the name of Molly who’s very unprofessional you cannot speak to the manager in charge over her which is Mindy unless you take off work and drive up to the location, which is very unprofessional. I could give a laundry list of issues with this location as it pertains to multiple appointments the miscommunication, their customer service skills, but there’s not enough room on here for that. Very rude over the phone and then if you come into the location, they take it as you being aggressive, and this is giving the whole dental office a bad name and reputation. The other side of this location is wonderful. Orthodontist side is horrible steer clear. Find another orthodontist whether you go to this location for your general cleanings and dental needs that’s fine but on the orthodontic side run far away!

Dr. Jaime Martins is such an amazing orthodontist. He is very professional and very informative. His bedside manner is unmatched and I'm thrilled to start my treatment under his care. The entire team are also just as wonderful, from the initial welcoming and check in to the very nice ortho assistant I had. 100/5 stars!
