Dental Depot - Executive Leadership Office

Dental depot was going to bill my insurance for a fraudulent claim. They care more about their review stats than caring for patients. Cancelled my very emergent appointment all because I left a negative review on their own survey. But the worst part is, why were they going to bill my insurance for a root canal on a tooth that already has a root canal and was not the tooth I came in for. Which is why I had questions that apparently I was being difficult for. I truly hope you seek other dental care, would not recommend going to dental depot. Can’t even get them to answer why this happened either.

This establishment earns a dismal one-star rating from me, solely due to the incompetence exhibited by their office staff. Their lack of basic intelligence and attempt to deceive me and my insurance company for additional funds is utterly appalling. Their saga of ineptitude began with the claim that an employee had stolen the insurance check, cashed it, and failed to record my insurance payment. Even after allegedly apprehending the employee, they insisted that I still owed them money. How absurd! How can I possibly owe money when it was their employee who committed theft? Their second fabrication was even more ludicrous; they asserted that the insurance check had been sent to a different address. However, my insurance provider promptly dismissed these falsehoods, asserting that I bore no responsibility for the mess created by their incompetence. Despite my insurance company's attempts to resolve the matter, the staff at this establishment seemed more interested in exploiting the situation for additional profit rather than engaging in honest communication. In conclusion, the level of deception and disregard for integrity displayed by this establishment's office staff is profoundly disappointing. I caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as their lack of competence and integrity is truly alarming.

I do not recommend the Yukon, OK location. I've paid for orthodontics for 3 kids so far and all 3 of my accounts are up to date. Despite that fact, the front desk people act as if I haven't already given them enough money to buy a car. I called into to pay the down payment on a 4th child, and hear the front desk person whispering under her breath as if listening to me was some sort of burden. Rude... rude... rude. Yukon people, it's worth making the drive to Oklahoma City to some other orthodontist not to have to deal with this staff.

I was reaching out to this office to help me with an issue that I am having with orthodontist location on NW Expressway in OKC not filing our insurance when my son received braces. I have only called Patricia twice and left a voicemail each time to see how she could help me (giving her two weeks the first time and one week the second time to return my call) and she has not returned my call either time. I was referred to her by Shannon. Anyway, I tried to call yesterday, Mar 11th 2024 and I have been blocked from calling them and all Dental Depot locations. It was very surprising to me that I had been blocked knowing that I have not been rude or irate with anyone. I have filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry and the BBB. I give them zero stars, it made me select of the starts to post so I did.

This is not a good review and I'm not alone in this problem I have found many more people who have been having problems with dental Depot in broken arrow Oklahoma on 71st and 145th they're not doing right by their patience when it comes to partials we have filed a grievance and a corrected claims and we are still having problems they are dragging their feet and trying everything they can to make the process as unpleasant as possible I'm in the process of reaching out to the district office and starting a new adventure I'm hoping I will be able to get some sort of clearance and completion with this process so that I can move on and have my oral health taken care of.

I waited since June 1 (almost 5 1/2 months) to get a call from them about my insurance. Today I called and said I would hold until someone could talk to me. After 20 minutes on hold, they finally gave me what I needed. I won't go back. They have displayed their incompetence, and are no longer a credible source of care. They should look forward to hearing from me again, tho. My doctor's office scales show I've lost >20 pounds. Can't eat. What if I was in the chair and their incompetence kicked in? Dear Lord!!
