Update: manager called and she was very delightful and understanding. So I guess they've been trying to get the ones that book the appointments in the back to remember the 184 rule. I appreciate them trying. What I'm very grateful for is the fact she was able to get us book sooner then November. I understand schedules are tight. I'm just grateful she was able to help us out. Will update later if it's better. We'll see. But if someone is on soonercare, you should book their appointments automatically past the 184 day mark. No regular person knows about the 184 day rule besides you! So when we book, we trust the professional to handle it. Trust them that they know what they are doing. That they will take care of it. But nope. We are going to schedule you 181 days so you miss work and kids miss school for no reason. Then you try to blame me?! Seriously? I'm not the one who booked it. You did. "Oh well people can lose their insurance at any moment so we don't check till the day before" Well how about when you book it assume they will still have it, just to make sure nobody gets screwed. If they still have it, great. If not, then they pay another way but they still have their appointment. Also, ignore their call center calls and text about appointment reminders. It literally means nothing and is 110% useless. They don't communicate. Only talk or communicate with the location staff, nobody else. Will update in 2 months after next appointment. (That's the next available appointment that we could agree on) Only reason 2 stars, instead of 1, is the people who actually do the dental work (nurses and dentist) are really nice and they are professional.

I just got back from my first appointment. I'm getting teeth pulled and getting dentures. The staff here are amazing! I hadn't been to the dentist since I was a kid because of how I was treated. Here at Dental Depot, they treat you like family. They listen to your concerns and they take as much time with you as you need. I still have a couple more visits, however, I'm actually looking forward to going back. THANKS DENTAL DEPOT

I've been getting my teeth clean for yrs now and always have a good experience when I go. Haven't never had a bad one. I would recommend every one to get a teeth cleaning every 6 months.

This location doesn't work with your work schedule. I asked if I could have an appointment for Monday They couldn't due to them not having a dentist doctor working...... Reno and Rockwell location is not any better they have employees that are on their personal phones, letting the phones just ring

Great service! I was able to schedule a quick emergency appointment. Everyone was so caring and informative front desk, dental assistants, the dentist. Every step I feel comfortable and cared for. This location Highly recommend!!!

Excellent experience from the moment I walked in the front door. From reception to dental assistants, and the dentist were all friendly and professional. They make certain everything is done correctly and as painless as possible. I’ll definitely be going back.

This experience isn’t my own. My boyfriend has came home from two different appointments with cuts on his lips. Not small cuts either. The dentist didn’t even mentioned he cut him. Didn’t acknowledge it or say sorry. The lady checking him out was like oh yeah he nicked you so you might need to take some ibuprofen. First off it’s not just a nick his lip spilt open. How do you not acknowledge that? The first time the cut on the inside of his lips started turning white. Now it’s finally healing and he goes to get the rest of his fillings and the outside of his lips is split open. I’m not understanding the negligence. I knew something was off when my boyfriend showed up for his first appointment and they pulled five teeth all at once. Like I said not my experience but highly disappointed in how they cared for my boyfriend. He’s not one to complain so I know he didn’t say anything. Nobody should come home with cut up lips every time they get fillings that’s ridiculous. DO BETTER!
