Dental Depot

Really nice people. Dentist was very nice and took time to explain what was wrong with my teeth. She was compassionate when delivering bad news about having to get rid of some teeth. Hygienist did more than a regular cleaning as she really went into detail and I do not need a deep cleaning. Very content. They also had several bilingual staff. Definitely recommend this place.

This was my first time at this location on NW 164th & Portland, and I must say the staff were all very helpful, kind, and welcoming. Everyone was smiling and working together as a team/family. The location was very clean, and decorated lovely. My three children were seen the same day, and they were very prompt. They were very professional, and detailed about my children's dental care. Most importantly they were comforting to my youngest who was afraid. We all left with a smile, and small gift bag with a t-shirt and dental care products. I can happily say we've found our family dentist office. Great job to everyone on the team! Thank you all!

I love everything about this office! Dr Tara Sanford and her whole TEAM is absolutely amazing!! My mom referred me to her so now our whole family is seeing her! Love this office will forever be my dentist!

The staff is very unprofessional to the point that I did not feel comfortable getting anything but my teeth cleaned here-I almost walked out for that. The tech that took my scans and polished my teeth spent 15 minutes telling me about her political beliefs and who I should vote for after She asked me my thoughts on the election; I said I was not political because I felt it was not the space to share my thoughts. I need some dental work done but unfortunately, this location is out of network for my insurance, unlike my usual dental depot office on Penn and 154th. The staff was rude and annoyed when I wanted to get my work done at my home office, that is the same company. I asked if I can get a copy of what I needed done and they said my home office would have to call them for that information; honestly it was not about the difference in cost for me, it was about a complete lack of trust and not feeling comfortable with anyone in the office working on my teeth based on my experience and what I observed in the patient care—my advice is to stay clear of the location and go to the one on 154th and Penn. The dentist was nice and informative that is why they got one star

I would highly recommend Dental Depot for most of your Dental needs. All of the ladies in the office were very professional and great to get along with. Tara Stanford was great at taking care of my Dental Care needs. Thank you very much.

I always look forward to my appointments at Dental Depot. The kindness and exceptional customer service are amazing. From the moment I walk in, through the cleaning, and as I leave, everyone calls me by my first name, making me feel at home.

DD on 164th and Portland. Have been a loyal customer for over 15yrs at different locations. Went to the new location in Edmond yesterday and sat in chair an hour or more waiting on Dentist. She pulled two teeth, one infected and would not give me anything for pain. Absolutely refused. I have a rare condition that affects my face causing great pain from a simple thing as brushing my teeth. Did not care. I had a much better experience at the Yukon location. I'm set to get a partial made by DD but will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a very good experience, everyone had such a great attitude, made me feel comfortable, they were really nice from the front desk to the back where dentistry takes place.

They were very thorough in my exam. All staff was very friendly and helpful. That put my fears at ease while examining and cleaning my teeth.
