It’s Always A Pleasure To Come For My Appointments @Dental Depot, The Staff & My Dentist Dr. Duffy Extend Curtesies, Clear Explanations And Understanding, They Always Go Out Of Their Way Even On Short Notice To Get Me In When There’s An Emergency Or Problems And I Need To Be Seen!!! Thank You For The Opportunity To Share The Service I Always Receive, “MUCH APPRECIATED”!!!

The staff were polite and the atmosphere inside pleasant. We did have two problems however. First, we arrived and checked in at 1:45 for our 2:00 appointment. At 2:30, after the waiting room had mostly cleared out I checked with the office staff and I could tell we had been forgotten. Then they got us to a room and quickly cleaned my daughter’s teeth. Actually pinching her lip with the cleaning brush. After the dentist, (he was excellent) came in and checked my daughter’s teeth and reviewed the X-rays he talked to her about treatment for the cavities. As we were led to the front desk to set up an appointment to get her cavities fixed we were told they would email or call us later in the day with a plan of treatment. I am still waiting on a phone call or email. I guess I will call the office later.

This place got me in with expedient manner. They were absolutely delightful to be around. I will definitely be back. P.S. bring a jacket, it’s as cold as the North Pole in there.

So my daughter had to get a tooth pulled because she had a cavity with an abscess, mind you she is only 6yrs old! So she starts crying and screaming which I understand that it may be a little annoying to some people when she screaming for her life but she had never experienced anything like that before. The staff looked absolutely annoyed except for one young lady named Jasmine. The reason I know her name is because my other kids wee seem that day as well and my 10yr old absolutely loved her as did I once I met her. She wasn’t even my 6yr olds nurse but she came in there anyway and tried calming her down and gave her toys from the basket. She was wonderful ? The dentist however yells at my baby real loud “HEY! STOP SCREAMING!!!” I mean I get it but he had no right to yell at my daughter.

Very nice staff ? my niece had to get a tooth pulled and the nurse was very patient and encouraging. She stayed calm the entire time. Afterwards they gave her a bunch of stuff. Definitely recommend this place too anyone
