Dental Depot

I missed a couple of apppointments due to the distance and how i have to call in every morning at 8 leaving no time for my husband to take off work in have to get my tooth fixed. Not happy. I gave it 2 stars, because i did love my denrist and the care they gave me up there. Just salty about not being able to make an appointment. Don't miss yours people, you'll be in the same boat

So far so good. The lady that cleaned my teeth was gentle and Did a good job. And I really like the receptionist!! She was great, I think her name was Whitney! Thankful for them to get me in the same day I called as a new patient for my routine check up and cleaning.

Yukon location—Most of the front desk office staff is rude and dismissive. Especially whoever has the desk that is further back. The waiting room music was up a little too high so if you ask them to repeat anything they get mad and even more rude. They are not very attentive if someone is waiting up front. Seems like their personal conversations take priority over patients. I usually only like to leave reviews if they are positive, unless I had a bad experience such as I did here.

Feeling very upset!!! We had an appointment at 0830 for my 11yr old son. For a teeth cleaning and an it would be his first appointment at this business. Which I’m pretty sure he needs braces, so this is why we chose this business. My husband brought him and since I was coming from working the night shift I was going to meet him there so he could head off to work. My husband was apparently running 7 minutes late because he got held up due to construction. He called to let them know. When he got there they said he had to reschedule that they have a 5 minute grace period with absolutely no exceptions. Which very upsetting to me. My child had to miss school for this. We as parents had to arrange our work schedules. This appointment was booked months in advance. I think a one time exception since he is a new pt would have been the right thing to do or they could have reminded us before the appointment of their strict rule of absolutely NO exceptions for being late after 5 minutes. So we will be changing to a new dentist. It was so frustrating and upsetting especially when you’re dealing with children. There should always be Grace and Understanding!

They were very accommodating and made my daughter feel comfortable and safe which is a task cause of her fear of needles and dentists. They were able to find a solution and fix her up all in the same visit. The staff was amazing and friendly. Very thankful for thier help.
