The lady that answered the phone and got me scheduled was EXCELLENT and great CUSTOMER SERVICE I work in vendor relations and one thing you must have is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and she definitely did!! Retha, Cynthia and Dr. Williams (I couldn’t remember her name but I know it was a lady and she was the only one I saw on the website) they were great and friendly and got me right until I was handed over to the front desk lady that got me my cost breakdown and rescheduled for my extraction. I thought she was going to be mean because of the way she looked at me when I first got in front of her but she was very friendly as well (that’s why I was taught to NEVER judge someone from their facial expressions) the whole team I dealt with were GREAT!!!

They got me rite in when I called that morning. The dental hygienist was awesome. She been cleaning teeth for 30 years.. The dentist come in to check me out. He had an awesome bedside manner very nice gentlemen and I know that they keep people for 30 years. They must be great folks. It was one of the top Dental experiences in my lifetime..

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Depot in Highland Village, thanks to their exceptional technician, Garrett. My 85-year-old father had his teeth cleaned by Garrett, and he couldn’t stop raving about the service. Garrett was incredibly thorough and attentive, ensuring my father’s teeth were spotless. My dad, who’s had many cleanings over the years, said this was by far the best he’s ever had. Highly recommend Garrett and Dental Depot for top-notch dental care!

I got like 12 teeth removed and never felt any pain. This is the first time in 40+ years I've ever given a dentist a good review and honestly 5 stars isn't enough. Love you guys! Thank you for giving me my smile back. ❤️

I called as soon as they opened up with an emergency and they were not hesitant to get me scheduled for 10:30 the day i called. After my tooth and I got home I called back and told them 'Thank you' for getting me in so quick. I was then told that I was the first person to do that and they were too happy.

First time patient so arrived early. While doing paperwork dental hygienist was ready for me within 5 min of checking in. They are polite, explained everything, and efficient. After x-rays cleaned my teeth. One of few times no pain. Very pleased.

I had the best dental experience ever! I needed a root canal and went to see Dr. Claire Pitts. She made the experience completely PAIN FREE! From the initial numbing shot to finish there was no pain. She is a total dental diva! She even noticed that my lips were dry and cracking and moisturized them without me having to say anything. I will now see ONLY her for my dental needs. She is compassionate, kind and friendly; a total professional!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Jana at dental depot. During my visit on 12/4/24 the anesthesiologist was extremely aggressive and unprofessional. When I asked for a suction she pushed my head back into the chair and made me feel uncomfortable. When I mentioned that she was being aggressive she called me dramatic. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service. I hope they can address this issue to prevent future customers from having a similar experience.

Cisler called me to tell me my appt wouldn't be covered by my insurance @12:45 until July 8th so I asked if they could check two of my teeth she said yes.. I asked if they would have time to fix them if they needed to be fixed .. she argued with me then hung up on me without saying anything when I said I'll come for my appt at 1:15. I arrived at 1:00 , checked in & was walked to the waiting area on the other side of the building . it is now 1:47 & 13 ppl have went before me. I don't understand why they gave me an appt & checked me in for 1:15 if they couldn't help me at 1:15. very frustrating to wait this long when I had an appt.
