Dental Depot

If I could rate 0 stars, I would!!!! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. This office is VERY unorganized. A little over a month ago, I was seen by this office, they extracted a failed root canal, and I was told I needed to schedule another appointment for a root canal on a different tooth. At the time of this appointment I was 19 weeks pregnant, the office knew this. They took precautions during the X-ray and the dentist even talked to me about the pregnancy. After the extraction, he sent me to the front to schedule for the root canal. We made that appointment for this morning at 8am. (10/22/24) I was given an estimate and then sent on my way, no other information given. Today, I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment. Was given a total and my card was handed over. They asked me if I wanted laughing gas as it was an extra charge. I asked if that was safe for pregnancy. The receptionist next to the one I was talking to then asked if I had a letter from my OB, which I did not as this was not something that was addressed to me prior. Not when I was in the office before and not even when I was called two times in the week prior to confirm the appointment. They also then told me I needed the letter to continue services today, and also they had to push my appointment back a whole HOUR because they had to wait for the dentist to be in so they could ask him if he'd even do a Root canal on someone who was 24 weeks pregnant. Again, he KNEW I was pregnant and so did the couple assistants that day that he had. For one, you can't get a letter same day from your OB, it's just not possible. WHY would they not have this in the system? WHY was I not told about it prior to the appointment? For two, WHY was I scheduled for a root canal at 8am when the dentist wouldn't even be in until AFTER 9am?? Were they just going to have me wait for an hour???? For three, I live over an HOUR away from this dentist office. I had to find a babysitter for my child very early, and missed two hours of my work because of this office being very very unorganized and unprofessional. I'm a single mother and this was hard for me to make already, and then having to miss out on pay and end up getting nothing done is just absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This just goes to show this office does not care about you as a person. You're just another paying customer to them and that's it. They want your money, not to actually help someone who is in PAIN.

Literally the best place I’ve been in Oklahoma!! They were more than helpful and eager to get the job done in a VERY QUICK MANNER! If I need any more work done, I will definitely have this place in mind even for the HOUR drive! I was in and out of an extraction faster than the hour was up

My appointment with Dental Depot, last week, was great. They were (and always are) running on time and I had no waiting time to get taken care of. Every single person on the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint about that particular location is that they are always booked solid. My last appointment got canceled, because they were without a hygienist, and it took a long time to get back into see them. But it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend Dental Depot.

My husband and I had our cleaning yesterday. Dental Depot was amazing. Everyone was friendly and patient and amazing. We could not have been happier! They explained everything clearly. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and this was the first time I was calm. Highly recommend them!!!

I needed an appointment quickly,they got me in the next morning. They were quite efficient,friendly,caring. I had a wonderful experience and made another appointment for the following week to get some less urgent work done. The staff from the front to the back of the building were happy and took good care of me. What more could you ask for?
