Dental Depot

Took very good care of my 2 and 4 year old. Helped explain to them what was going to happen and how some of the things worked. Both my kids felt happy and are excited to come back again. Spent the rest of the day trying to brush their teeth.

All around wonderful. The staff were very nice & friendly, the office & rooms were clean & they work quickly I was in for extractions within days of calling to set up my appointment & had my teeth within 7-8 weeks. They gave me my smile back

Interesting enough, this was not a pleasant experience at this location to start off with. An individual would think that given this dentist office is a franchise that their systems would sync. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The young lady attempted to make a copy of my military ID which by law you cannot do so. I showed two forms of ID, 1 was the military and the other was my work badge. The young lady said I could not be seen because I did not have my driver license. That was untrue, I went back to the car came back to the establishment. Then I suppose the entire squad from the back came forward. I mentioned what transpired and Ms. Kight said I in fact could be seen. When I mentioned what the young lady up front said, she admitted she told me wrong. I inquired if I could email a copy of my drivers license since I do have it saved on my phone and Ms. Kight said I could. Then she felt the need to say “I needed to treat and talk to her staff better and fill out the forms.” I asked, “how have I mistreated your staff? I’m indeed filling out the form (which btw had my name spelled incorrectly and I brought it to the ladies upfront attention), I have not yelled, or cursed at your staff, in fact my voice level has remained the same. So your issue with me is that I’m straight forward and direct?” She had no rebuttal because it was true. It does make me wonder if Ms. Kight’s issue was that I am a black woman that advocated for myself and I was/am direct. I was not belligerent whatsoever. Nevertheless, the issue was resolved and I emailed Ms. Kight a copy of my DL. When I got to the back the dental hygienist, Mr. Delano and Ms. Krystal were super nice and kind. The Dentist Paskowski, DDS was kind as well. Needless to say, if you’re moving in between the dentist franchise “Dental Depot” be mindful that their systems do not sync and you’ll have to start from scratch as a new patient.

Everyone that we have encountered have all been very friendly! We had a tight timeframe to get my daughter’s last baby tooth pulled in preparation for her Invisalign and they were able to get her in quickly. I really appreciate yall!

Amazing staff. I Accidentally came for a cleaning 3 hours early. Luckily they were able to fit me in! Very accommodating and welcoming! Hygienists were very gentle and made me feel very comfortable.
