I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dental Concept, Dr. Isakov and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, which made me feel confident in the quality of care I was receiving.

I was in dire need of a dentist due to pain. The day of my appointment arrived, I walked in and immediately was happy with my choice, the presentation of the front reception area was very inviting, modern and clean. The front desk staff are also very nice and welcoming. I had Xrays done by a very nice professional (I forgot her name) but we share the same birthday month. The doctor came in and reviewed everything and came up with my treatment plan. He was very non judgemental and made me feel at ease. I was able to get my treatment done that same day. I was very surprised and happy with the quick timing. The doctor was very friendly and I even learned that we grew up in the same borough. I have found my new dentist office I am very pleased.
