Dental Care Independence

Dr. Applegate helped me with a broken veneer. She was so great about listening to my needs and wants when replacing. Her staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Such a great experience I’ve switched to her office as my primary dentist.

I was attended to immediately and the staff was friendly and polite. I received good advice on my issue, and they gave me a fair deal on my treatment plan. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Billing coordinator is lazy and uncaring. She left 2 messages saying to call them and I just assumed it was regarding scheduling a new appointment. Months went by and I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency stating I owed money! I called and she said she called in once in December, once in January, and a bill was sent in September 2023 when my appointment was in Aug 2023! I’ve always paid my medical bills and never received this bill! She sent my bill to a collection agency and now I’m having to deal with that! How unprofessional and lazy! I will never be coming to this office again! I love the dentist, but I al says seemed to get attitude from the billing lady. She even had the audacity to ask for my PIN when I paid one of the times! She’s terrible and shouldn’t work with the public. I believe her name is Katrina.

I hate going to the dentist, always have and always will. BUT Dr A and her team always take my fears into consideration and are patient with me. They keep me informed on what they are doing, speak kindly, and give me time to breathe through my anxiety.

The team is friendly and they get you right in for your appointment. The dental services are professional but not stuffy. They genuinely care about their patients. I've finally found my favorite dental provider.
