Love, love, love this place! I’ve never felt so comfortable at a dentist office. The people are wonderful, caring, & personable. The atmosphere is relaxing & homey. I LOVE that they decorate for the seasons! They don’t make you feel bad for not being able to afford treatment or for your teeth not being perfect. They give excellent recommendations for at-home care too.
This is the BEST office and team, hands down!!! The hygienists Sam and Michelle are like old friends and treat you with kindness and gentle hands. They are also extremely knowledgeable and can help with any concern or issue. Dr. Azeff is amazing!! She treats everyone like family and you can tell her staff loves working there and truly respects her. She will always go above and beyond to do things the right way while making sure you completely understand, agree, and are comfortable in your appointment ?
Very pleased with my visit!! Dr. Azeff and her staff (especially Michelle) took very good care of me. The plan for my dental care was explained to me in detail and my first visit to Rose Creek Dental was quite pleasant. One happy patient! ?
Untrustworthy billing practices! I was billed at cost for a Crown procedure due to incorrect insurance coverage review made by the dental office. To show how their views towards the value of their clients are here’s a brief background on my history with them. I originally chose them due to their positive reviews. I initially had a need for a bridge to be removed and those teeth to be extracted for future implants to be had. The Dentists was nice, very fast in and out as she seemed busy, but at least she made sure all questions and concerns were covered. I had a dental plan made up for me for long term work to be done. This being 4 crowns and also to complete 3 implants, so in other word they had a good line of future work coming from me. I competed my extractions and 2 crowns over a year’s time. Then my family had a life event happen that caused a cancel and pause in insurance coverage. That changed after time and then we acquired new dental insurance. I called the office back up and provided my updated insurance info and then continued to schedule my next part of my laid out dental plan, this being my 3rd crown. They provided me the dental plan after they reviewed with my new insurance. On the date of the procedure I paid my out of pocket amount minus what the office stated was my current insurance quote, and minus a $200+ credit I had on my account from a prior billing issue I had between them and my old insurance. 3 months later they send me a bill for $420. I call confused, saying hey maybe you sent this to my old insurance by mistake because it looks like there wasn’t any coverage for the crown procedure. They stated that it is correct, there is no coverage and we sent it to the correct insurance, it’s just they had a 6 month waiting period specifically for crown procedures. Uhhh, why didn’t you tell me this back at the time of the procedure then? I never really got a clear answer as to why. They state that they just make sure there is insurance in place and quote what that insurance would cover. Well yeah, that’s what I was believing too. I asked that if they checked with insurance wouldn’t insurance state there is a waiting period and no coverage for that specific procedure that you’re trying to verify coverage for. They went to see if “upper management” would review for assist or correction or help of any sort towards balance of $420. After a call back they advised no assistance would be made and I would have to dispute with insurance. At that time I canceled all future appointments with them. Meaning any work remaining crowns and implants will not be through them. They did not care that I had history with them and also knowing I had a good amount of work to still have done with them plus whatever future dental plans would come up. Horrible value towards clients, no care for the consumer knowing there was a mistake made either by their office or by insurance, pushing the weight of the issue to the consumer. That’s fine, it just takes away what I can do for my family. For my family $420 won’t end us, but it puts a big dent in things and takes away from normal life. I know it’s my insurance and I should be 100% knowing what my policy is, I honestly though I did, out of all my years of many different dental insurances I had never come across a 6 month hold on specific procedures, well lesson learned, but still I feel that there should have been procedures in place to keep this from happening. Oh and I called insurance and there was no record of the office checking for coverage. So consumers, tread lightly with this office, the dental staff is nice, the office staff might need to have better customer service training and billing/insurance knowledge training. And if there is a reply below from their office I’m sure it will have a cookie cutter response being sorry and they will forward the concerns off just like you see in every negative post on here. Thanks for reading, I hope this helps at least one person making a choice on their provider.
I usually hate going to the dentist… but i loved Dental Care at Rose Creek! everyone was super kind, and my appointment took only about an hour and a half. Will be my primary dental office!
