Dental Care at Point 24

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic. It's a brand new clinic with the most modern equipment. You are greeted by a wonderful front office staff that eases you in. I went there for cleaning service and Riley did an amazing job! She was so thorough, gentle and yet tough on germs LOL! They keep a track of all your teeth(every single one of them), so you can see over the years how they are keeping up. I had few cavities that needed filling and then Dr. Behl helped me with that. She explained the whole process in layman's terms which was very comforting. She is a true professional, with firm hand movement. Not a nip getting my 5 cavities filled in. I am true fan and definitely coming back again.

Riley is such an intelligent kind hearted soul who educates you in her care and is so kind and gentle! She brought comfort to my anxiety of today’s visit. Mercedes was also so kind and well versed in the care suggested with insurance explained or patient care! Dr. B was also so kind and provided the educational care and next steps to proper hygiene! The entire staff are truly kind and insightful! The visit was a breath of fresh air! Customer service and patient care far exceeded my expectations! The office is so clean and new . Refreshing!

I recently visited for a routine check-up, expecting a professional and transparent experience. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Without my consent, the dental hygienist performed an oral cancer screening and resulting in an unexpected charge of $ 77 As a patient, I believe it is essential to be informed and give consent before any additional procedures are carried out. This lack of communication and unauthorized service has significantly undermined my trust in this clinic. I had hoped to find a reliable dental care provider for my family, but this experience has led me to decide not to return.

Really great experience with everyone in the office. I felt very comfortable and there was a great attention to detail, treatment and payment options were explained fully. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and out of the door during my initial visit. I came in with my 11 month old baby - and Kayla at the front desk offered to hold her so she didn’t have to stay in here car seat and my baby ended up napping on her lap for the entire hour visit. Kayla also made sure my insurance information was accepted and valid before the appointment, there were multiple follow ups, touch base texts and phone calls before the appointment which I appreciated. Dr. Behl was thorough, kind and personable. My hygienist was also super kind and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it.

Riley my hygienists was fantastic and Dr. Behl was very friendly and personal. I have tried several dentist in the East Valley, and have struggled to find one that fits with my schedule and doesn’t try to add-on unnecessary services and procedures. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental care in a warm and friendly environment.

Dr. Behl and her team were so helpful. I came in with a loose tooth which will need to be pulled. They gave me prices on all the work I needed. It is open enrollment time with my insurance so I called Kayla back to talk to her about which of the theee options would be best for me and the work I needed. They had availability to do a cleaning and pull the tooth right away but didn’t pressure me into making a decision on the spot. I so appreciated their help and accommodating service!
