Dental Care at Midpoint

My whole family recently became patients at Midpoint. I was the last to go and I wish I had gone sooner. The staff is so wonderful and knowledgeable about their jobs. For anyone who is anxious about a procedure or to have even a routine checkup done, this is the place for you. I went in with multiple concerns and each one was evaluated extensively. I left with a treatment plan for what couldn’t be fixed and was offered immediate solutions for problems that they could assist with. Jolene and Tucker were so welcoming and warm. There was a real personal touch to all of the care. 5/5 from me, would highly highly recommend.

This is the most amazing place and their star rating is spot on. I am terrified of the dentist and everyone there was so amazing especially Serban Cismarescu. He was so patient and understanding and made sure I was comfortable the entire process. This was the best customer service I have received anywhere I've been. Thank you to all the staff for making my experience so comforting.

Kristin G was my Hygienist and she is amazing!! Can I give her 10 stars instead of 5? I’m 57 years old and this was my best dental experience in my life! The technology was excellent! I loved my 3D image! We enjoyed many laughs and excellent music to make me feel less anxious. She even gave me a blanket to throw over my legs which was so comforting! Kristen has a beautiful personality and I’m so blessed to know her! Thank you Midpoint!

I had the best experience coming here after years of not going to a dentist. Jolene with her great smile welcoming me and making me feel at ease and explaining everything that will happen! Dr.C made me laugh and is just amazing. Oh and Tucker! A delight I love his sense of humor and the way he is making me feel so comfortable and did an amazing job with my cleaning! I can’t wait to continue my journey with this office ! Kudos.

My husband's appointment started out as a second opinion, which we were scheduled for within 2 days. That was a plus. The front desk was very helpful and cheerful and gave me the information to be able to go online to complete the application. After arriving, Tiffany started his appointment explaining everything as she went along. Then, came Nersy, who was the hygienist.She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained everything completely. After that we saw Dr C. He was absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable of his situation and beyond kind and friendly. Finally, we spoke with Amanda about a treatment plan and checkout. Another great experience. I was so nervous about going to the dentist for the first time after many years but from the second I stepped in I felt comfortable. Jolene was amazing, helpful, sweet & really made me feel at ease!!! I’ll obviously be coming back, but definitely with less nerves than the last time thanks to the wonderful staff!!
