Dental Care at Estrella Crossroads

Let me just start off by saying that I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. I had gone in with a lot of anxiety and it wasn’t a warm atmosphere. As I’m filling out paperwork, I’m asked to rate the place and check in as a part of a Bingo game. Then, I go back to do some x rays, told that I have an infection in my tooth. They reviewed treatment plans and didn’t give me a say so in anything. I shared I would think about my options then come back. I called a few days later to say I wanted the cheaper option as I couldn’t afford the more expensive option, then I was told by a receptionist that I should apply for care credit. I explained I already had it but maxed it out with vet bills from my dog who was sick. Then, she proceeded to tell me that “You would rather take care of your dog than take care of your mouth?” I firmly stated that what I did with my credit was none of her concern and I only wanted the cheaper option. She got an attitude and said that they would contact the dentist then get back to me. It’s been WEEKS and there’s been no follow up and they didn’t even offer to prescribe antibiotics or anything. The service was absolutely insane and as someone who struggles with anxiety, I never thought a place would treat people like that and question their finances. I took my business elsewhere and haven’t looked back until writing this.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was super friendly. Kelly was my hygienist and she was amazing. She not only made me feel super comfortable but she also explained everything. She even found out why my gum was extra swollen (which other dentists didn’t even look at). 10/10 would recommend

My experience started with Lena at the front desk. She helped me and went above and beyond in doing so, to ensure I was getting the right care. From there I made an appointment, the entire staff was incredible and make you feel like family. On top of that the dentist was amazing, kind, patient and gentle. If a dental office could win an award, service excellence would be theirs! Also the pricing is not over the top and extremely fair. Won't go to another dentist in this state again. My sons were seen Thursday by Dr Dong. The front office staff was super kind. Carmen and Izzy were great and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease. Dr Dong explained things thoroughly. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Always on time with my appointments, very friendly and professional. My hygienist is personable, thorough and always provides the best guidance and advice. Dr Dong is always pleasant, informative and direct without scaring you?.
