Dental Care at Addison Place

Five star dentistry Very comfortable and spacious waiting area Welcoming front desk Staff…. Very articulate and professionally dressed All of my appointments were right on time … no waiting. The two hygienists I have seen were also very articulate and explained every step of my cleaning.process I have seen Dr. Valdez three times and each time he was kind and patient and gave me thorough dental exams. with no hesitation I have referred Addison Dental to several of my neighbors and friends.

I did visit this clinic several times in 2.5 years.. Unfortunately I've seen that experience is going down each time. Some actions seems very fishy and can even be address as insurance fraud. Place needs to be audit by professionals.. I am done with them and will never go back again! My last experience was ; getting a "urgent care" appointment by choosing my pain level as 9 out of 10.. Then ending up with "exam" only.. You enter from the door and say hi u end of having xray for each time! Then come back again, endless appointments with no proper action.. I assume has something to do with insurance visit & exam charges.. Long story short, no transparency, no proper action, no immediate care and patience focus..But rather money and time waste.

I love Dr. Atlas! She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I’ve been under her care for cleanings/exams, dentures/implants, and sleep apnea devices.The office building is in a great location in North Naples. The building is nice, clean, and modern. The staff and assistants are all very nice, too. I highly recommend this group.

Had such a great experience with this practice. Everyone was so sweet, from the staff up front, to the hygienist, and Dr Atlas was amazing as well. I’m actually excited to get my teeth cleaned again. I used to have so much anxiety when it comes to dental offices and medical appointments. Addison place made me feel very comfortable. They are knowledgeable professionals and everything is so high-tech! It’s nice to have such a great dental office in this part of town.

My experience has not been good. My two pieces of advice are to ask WHO will perform the work and to ask for a written confirmation of your responsibility of the bill. At the time there were two dentists and most of the work was not being done by them. I was very careful about pre-authorizations with my insurance and spent HOURS reconciling bills. From wildly inaccurate billing estimates, to no one returning messages during office hours, to having work done people of very varying degrees of experience it was challenging. My first visit was pleasant and I agreed to an expensive 'deep cleaning' with a written post-insurance verification estimate of what my costs would be. At each subsequent visit, I feel like there was a new part they mistakenly believed was covered that was not. This included things like customary charges as well as some kind of antibiotic injection. I felt each time I went the bills were a surprise. I am very realistic that sometimes mistakes happen. This was more than that. Even with my EOBs in hand, no one could produce back bills for me and the online tool deletes them from the portal after a certain period. And again, no one returned my phone calls. I asked at every visit if I owed anything more. It was like a running joke. I now find from a copy of my credit report they have placed a bill in collections so I find myself writing this review so others can be careful.
