The worst dental experience I have ever had. I made an appointment for a standard cleaning at 9am, and I did not get called in until 10:30am. They took X-rays and brought me into another room. The insurance lady came over and told me the Doctor recommends getting a deep clean and liquid antibiotics, and it would cost me $1200. I let her know I would just like to proceed with my standard cleaning as my insurance covers this. She responded by saying "the doctor can't clean your teeth until you pay for the deep clean and antibiotics." I asked why, and she said the doctor needs to protect themselves as my teeth can get infected unless I pay for a deep clean. I then asked her if I could have the doctor just do a short floss and polish. She responded "why would the dentist floss your teeth, I just told you they are not going to work on you." I responded maybe they would clean my teeth since that is what dentists do and that's what my appointment was for, and told her I would no longer speak to her, and asked for the Doctor. She said the doctor was with another patient and I would have to wait. The doctor finally came over and gave me a 5 minute cleaning. The only bright spot was the hygienist. I don't understand how the woman who tells you the cost still has a job..... She is losing this business customers for sure.

It’s a simple fact: Mistake happens. But I want to share something that you guys have to be aware of. There is a coordinator who her job is telling you how much you have to pay for the service you receive. Long story short. She said I have to pay 360. I asked if she is certain about my insurance policy and eligibility. She said Yes and she insisted that I have no choice but to pay. I trusted her and we agreed on 320. Afterwards, I called my insurance. Guess what? It was fully covered by insurance. Eventually, they refunded my money. But, what happened if I trusted her and didn’t confirm it? So, “to trust” or “not to trust” is your choice, but “to confirm” is highly recommended.

I had quick and comfortable wisdom teeth removal surgery. I was originally very frightened and the dentist and dental assistant patiently made sure that I was okay while doing the extraction. They offered to let me play music, gave me breaks with water and ensured that I felt safe and comfortable before continuing, thank you again.

I would like to thank Doris (Manager) from the bottom of my heart for helping me fix an issue I had, she knew I was not satisfied with the previous cosmetic work I had done, and she went the whole nine yards to fix it and make me believe in Dental associates again, I allowed them to continue working on me just because of her, she is more humane and understands your concerns, Doris, Thank you so much and yes I would definitely continue being a regular customer. I really recommend them.

Dr. Amini (DDS) with the able assistance of Arvi Cruzado (RDAEF2) provided me with excellent care. Dr. Amini is knowledgeable, meticulous and caring. She has restored my faith in dentists as a whole. Originally gave them five stars. UPDATE while I still respect the dental expertise of the office staff, THE LAB THEY USE IS ENTIRELY ANOTHER STORY - FIDELITY DENTAL LAB. Dispite being sent 2 molds of my teeth, they managed to mess up both attempts at replacing my right incisor (in photo it is on your left) with a replica of the original. As evidenced by my left incisor (on the right in photo), they were long and pointed and sharp. Now only one of them is, as this crown I have (IN MY SMILE ZONE) is short rounded off at the bottom and dull. The ONLY thing their lab got right was the color. There is no way the crown I now have in my mouth was made from MY mold. Why did they even bother taking a mold (2 molds) of my teeth if their lab was going to send me an "off the rack" crown. It's like paying extra for a custom tailored suit, having your measurements taken, only to end up with a suit that is too large and has one sleeve noticeably shorter than the other. Sure the material is expensive but how EXACTLY does that make up for the other inadequacies of the product!?

Called for a specific procedure an was told it could be done. Scheduled an appointment early morning, taken for an x ray that was not necessary. Then was told by the surgeon he does not perform specific procedure. Not sure if this type of what seems to be a purposeful mistake is legal or what kind of practices they are trained on but should be looked into thoroughly.

My husband and signed up to this office last year. We have been there couple of times for cleaning and they suggested additional treatment outside of our copay, were we had to pay. Also they suggested a antibiotic treatment that cost $1000 were our daughter got it for lest than half in San Diego. My husband received a collector's bill, eventhough he had paid everything. The office told him not to worry about it, until we got the bill 3 times, and the manager who told him that his account was ok was no longer working there. No one was responsable for this claim, until many phone calls and the insistance of my husband that it got cleared. We are changing dentist and it's been 2 months since we requested our records and xrays and to this day we have not receive them.
